The room seemed to grow more tense as I awaited Yolanda's response, my thoughts teetering on the edge. Yolanda's expression softened, a glimmer of relief flickering in her eyes. "The test results are clear, Emma. There's no evidence of any harmful substances in the flowers."
A surge of relief flooded over me, and I exhaled a breath I hadn't realized I'd been holding. A faint smile tugged at the corners of my lips, and my shoulders eased visibly. "Thank goodness."
Yolanda nodded, her smile reflecting my own. "It's definitely good news, but I don't regret conducting the test. One can never be too cautious, especially when the safety of you and your baby is concerned."
My fingers instinctively traced over my belly, the tension in my body gradually melting away. "I'm just relieved that everything is alright."
