On a rainy day, London was as gloomy as can be, dark clouds filling the skies and droplets of water trickles down on a quiet city,somewhere deep in London's entertainment district's casinos, an underground fight was being held was the audience started to fill up with rich upperclassmen and criminals betting on two fighters.
Tonight's match is for the title of champion,two fighter's info was displayed on screen, the first fighter was a young fighter in his twenties who's been quickly and steadily climbing up the ranks, while the other fighter was Jason Hugh, three time champion of the underground fighting arena, he's in his early thirties and have been fighting here for 8 years,he's trained in many kind of martial arts but is best at Muay Thai and unexpectedly arnis( a knife martial art ).
The atmosphere was brimming with excitement,stare lights were shining to the point of blinding.The crowd cheered loudly as two fighters step into a ring. Both stare at each other intensely,the younger fighter suddenly calls out: "This is where your win streak stops Jason, I'll be the new underground champ!".
On the opposite side of the ring,Jason,our protagonist,frowned and was speechless for a few seconds upon hearing the younger fighter's taunt and sneered: "I wish you luck greenhorn".
*DING*
At the same time the sound of a bell rung loudly throughout the area,The younger fighter,enraged by Jason's words quickly approaches Jason and threw out a straight punch,Jason, unfazed by this rashness uses his palm to block the strike countered my lifting his arm and struck his opponent with an elbow to the head.
The younger fighter fell back in a daze. They continued to battle it out fiercely with the many different styles of martial arts they knew. Blow after blow, both fighter became more exhausted by the minutes.until Jason began to feel himself becoming more and more sluggish, he was on his last leg and so was his opponent and thought to himself " dammit,what's wrong with me today".
As he is caught up in his thoughts ,his opponent saw this as an opening and prepared his stance and breathed in, using all of his remaining strength to throw a powerful left hook to Jason's body,the strike landed perfectly to the right side of Jason's abdomen creating a popping sound
Suddenly an intense pain ran through Jason's entire being,as if his stomach had been exploded, he fell to the floor growling in pain as medics and staff rushes to the scene,the younger fighter stood there in disbelief,cold sweat was dripping down from his face which was wearing a terrified expression.
Turns out,the left hook bursted Jason's liver,as the sound of the crowd panicking gets smaller,his vision begins to blur,laying there motionless as his consciousness fades he thought to himself "I don't get paid enough for this".
With his last thought being a cliché comedic line,Jason's free trial of living promptly ended.
