Apollo was right. Tomorrow was a great day and I had to rest. For justice and the weak I had to defeat Helios. He was the murderer of my friends and on of the evil beings and reason why I was sealed in Tartarus. Kronos, my father Atlas and Helios, they together did harm to the world and made my life hell. My revenge would be great.
As I drifted off to sleep, I suddenly found myself in a vast and barren desert. I looked around and saw nothing but sand dunes stretching out as far as the eye could see. Then, out of nowhere, a blinding light appeared in the distance. It grew larger and brighter until it became clear that it was the sun itself. But this was no ordinary sun. It was Helios, the god of the sun, and he had something to say to me.
He approached me with a smug smile, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. "Hello, Hyas," he said, his voice booming like thunder. "I've been waiting for you."
"What do you want from me?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady.
Helios chuckled. "What do I want? I want you to join me, of course. Together, we can rid the world of those pesky gods and hunters and rule over it with an iron fist."
I shook my head in disbelief. "I'll never side with you. I walk the path of justice and will always protect the weak."
Helios raised an eyebrow. "Oh, how noble of you. But don't you see, Hyas? You were judged unfairly. You carry a heavy burden, and I can offer you the power to make things right."
I clenched my fists, feeling my anger boil over. "I will never accept your offer. I will protect those who can't protect themselves, no matter the cost."
In a flash of fury, I lunged forward to strike Helios, but he vanished into a thick fog. Before disappearing, he taunted me with the words, "You have until dawn."
The picture blurred and my dream changed.
As I drifted deeper into my slumber, I found myself in a peaceful world. It was a farm, and the sun was setting over the horizon. As I walked around, I heard a familiar voice calling my name. I turned around and saw my father, Atlas, the Titan.
We both stood there for a while, not saying a word. But then, Atlas broke the silence.
"Hello, son," Atlas said, looking at me with a mix of sorrow and pride in his eyes.
I looked at him and felt a sense of confusion and anger rise up in me. I had never forgiven him for his past actions, but I was curious about what he had to say.
"Father," I replied, my voice tense. "What brings you here?"
"I wanted to talk to you," Atlas said. "I know I have not been a good father to you, and I am sorry for what I have done. After thousands of years of holding up the sky, I have come to realize my mistakes and feel guilty for them."
I remained silent, unsure of what to say. I had never heard him speak like this before.
"I know you hate me for what I have done," Atlas continued, "but I just wanted to tell you that I am proud of you. You have always walked on the right path, protecting the weak and fighting for justice. I want to be there for you in this fight, and if you need my help, I will share my power."
I looked at him, trying to gauge his sincerity. I could feel his genuine remorse, and it softened my heart.
"I appreciate your words, father," I said finally. "But what can you do? You are still holding the sky."
Atlas chuckled softly. "I have found someone to take my place," he said. "I am no longer bound to this burden. I am free to help you now."
I felt a sense of relief and gratitude wash over me. Maybe my father could help me in this fight.
"Thank you, father," I said. "I appreciate your support."
Atlas smiled warmly at me. "Remember, son, I am always here for you."
As he faded away, I woke up with a sense of peace in my heart.
I woke up from the strange dream, feeling a mix of emotions. Meeting Helios, the god of the sun, was both exhilarating and terrifying. He offered me power beyond my wildest dreams, but at a great cost: betraying my fellow hunters and the gods themselves. I knew that was not the path I wanted to follow. I am a protector of the weak, and I will not let anyone suffer the same unjust fate that I had to endure.
Then, meeting my father Atlas, the Titan, on a peaceful farm was surreal. He was remorseful for his past actions and the burden he had placed on me. I could feel the sincerity in his voice and the regret in his eyes. He told me that he was proud of me and that he would support me in the upcoming battle. His words touched my heart, and I realized that even though he was a bad father, he still loved me in his own way.
As I lay there, tears streaming down my face, I realized that I had gained something from these dreams. The power of my inner demon, which had once rampaged inside of me, was now tamed. I was one with nature, and the solid heart within me was filled with strength. My sense of justice was clearer than ever before, and I knew that I had to do everything in my power to stop the evil that threatened the weak.
I am ready for the fight ahead. I will use all of my skills and my newly gained strength to rescue those who need my protection. The dreams had shown me my true calling, and I was now fully in control of myself. I was one with nature, and I was ready to defeat any obstacle that stood in my way.
