Garreth stepped forward; his gaze fixed on me with triumph and malice. "I must say, little prince, you've proven to be quite the annoyance. But it ends here," he taunted, his voice dripping with disdain.
"Garreth, you will pay for your treachery!" I snarled, summoning all the mana I had left.
