Draven stepped towards her and squatted down to her level.
"Avelina, do you want anything? I really don't know what to do. If I could make it hurt, I would. I am really sorry. I didn't mean to."
"Is there anything you want me to do for you or to get for you?" he asked.
Avelina was a bit surprised.
"Uh..." She scratched her neck, stuttering. "Well, not really. I'm just hungry."
"Oh." Draven broadened his eyes, realizing that they hadn't had breakfast earlier that morning. "I forgot! Why didn't you tell me?"
"Eh, it's not your fault. I didn't feel hungry." Avelina chuckled softly.
"Still, you should have told me." Draven face palmed himself and straightened up. "Wait for me. Let me bathe, okay?"
Avelina nodded at him and watched him leave. She crossed her legs and folded her arms with a serious look.
