Wei's the exact duplicate of his father. Maybe they don't look alike, but who am I to know that when I haven't even seen that jerk's face?
But their actions...
Both are murderers for starters, psychopaths, heartless demons living in the shape of humans among us.
Maybe I'll kill both father and son together.
Killing two birds with one stone.
I will kill them.
I will kill him.

In the depths of the night, as an eerie silence blanketed the surroundings, a pair of dull, misty eyes emerged from the shadows, their once vibrant sparkle now obscured by a heavy layer of fog. The ethereal mist clung to the weary lids, casting a haunting pallor upon the visage. Gazing upwards, the eyes beheld a celestial canvas adorned with a multitude of minute, barely visible stars, their distant glow creating a mesmerizing spectacle. Like elusive diamonds, they flickered and shimmered, punctuating the vast expanse of the velvety sky with their delicate radiance.
Each tiny point of light seemed to whisper secrets of the universe, beckoning the weary soul to embark on a journey of introspection and wonder. The mist enshrouding the eyes mirrored the mystique of the heavens, lending an air of enigma and melancholy to the observer's countenance. It was as if the foggy veil symbolized the accumulated sorrows and unspoken yearnings, obscuring the true depth of emotion hidden within those weary eyes. Yet, even amidst the haze, a faint glimmer of hope and longing lingered, casting a soft glow upon the foggy window to the stars, inviting dreams and aspirations to take flight in the face of the unknown.
He looked down, unable to bear the weight of a celestial being gazing upon him, almost as if he was being reprimanded for all the sins he had committed in his life. They made him feel powerless, reminding him that he was nothing more than a curse bestowed upon this world with the sole purpose of raging havoc and chaos.
Raising his hand, he placed the lighted cigarette between his lips, a barely visible drag of smoke blowing out and mixing itself within the atmosphere.
"Will you ever tell me what happened back at the club?" a voice asked, its softness having been mistaken multiple times for innocence or pure intentions.
Zei dropped the cigarette bud down, extinguishing the tiny sparks with the bottom of his boot and strolling inside the living room where everyone was already gathered.
The man on the balcony sighed dejectedly, running a hand through the mass of blond, golden locks that adorned his head. A hectic day at the company and this was what he came home to!?
Shutting the balcony doors behind him, he quickly made his way to the free spot available beside which Zei had seated himself down.
"Draco wasn't able to make it?" he inquired, facing a girl whose short wavy red hair was tied up into a small high bun, the glasses on her face stabling themselves on the tip of her nose.
"Sebastian's given him a week-long task of spying on our current matters and what his beloved son's been up to lately." setting her lips into a thin line, she pushed up her glasses and continued. "He won't be able to make it to the upcoming meetings but I'll be sure to provide him with all the necessary information needed."
"Why's he suddenly interested in my affairs?" questioned Zei, leaning forward and resting his cheek on the palm of his hand.
"Probably because you caught his prey before he could and then proceeded to make his face a living depiction of Picasso's masterpiece. Just a thought." the blonde guy shrugged, drowning half a glass of wine in less than a minute.
"Shut up, you asshole." Theo groaned out, massaging his temples and then facing Zei who looked too lost in his thoughts to care about what Damien had said.
A normal reaction would've been a pillow being thrown at his friend's head and then a war would've broken out, ending with feathers surrounding each and every surface of the clean room.
"So if I heard you right the first time, Gavin's ex controlled you just like your father is able to? Seriously?"
Zei glanced up and nodded tiredly toward Theo who leaned back into the soft couch and uttered a small "Holy cow."
The dark-eyed girl took off her frames, rubbing her eyes wearily while Damien looked as if he had just heard that minions had started spawning down from the sky.
"But how!?" Abigail exclaimed, wondering how she was to relate this crucial piece of data back to her boyfriend Draco, without making a fool out of herself.
"That— That voice inside my head." Zei began and breathed out in frustration. "Somehow listened to her and like a paralyzed puppet, I was forced to do what it wanted." he gritted out, cursing his father twice in his head for the misery he had brought to his life.
"But... how's that even possible? All these years there's only been your obnoxious father who controlled you, now we gotta deal with another nuisance?!" Damien's emerald orbs helplessly traveled to each one of his friends before they landed on Zei, the very man he treated like a brother rather than a partner in crime.
They were all brothers to each other. Theo was a little distant but nonetheless, family. Abigail was nothing less than a sister whom they all cherished more than anything. The utter helplessness and despair in their best friend's eyes made them want to eliminate each and every one of his foes that existed on this planet.
"What'll you do now?" Theo asked nobody in particular but caught the small smirk on his friend's face.
"What have you planned in that evil mastermind of yours?"
"Bring her to me," Zei spoke, his smile widening revealing a pair of bunny teeth that looked too innocent on him. "By the end of tomorrow, I need her to be in front of me."
