There are 9 universes in each of the 3 dimensions (we're in the 3rd one). There are 19 creators in the 3rd dimension, and 2 for each universe in the 3rd dimension. All 19 creators created 9 big bangs for each universe, and every few years, they have meetings with lower-ranked gods that also would attend. The 1st creator is the leader, and the 3rd creator is the strongest one. Here are the creators:

The Content Creator knows what to create and what to destroy, but it took around 500 trillion years for it to figure out, since it made too many mistakes. The Matrix Creator is the Content Creator's closest friend because they both need good teamwork, and its a thing.
Eventually, the Creator got satisfied with what the other 18 creators did, so he told them to go to the hub world and live there. That's when the Content Creator chose Efy, which is what Zeus, one of his "employees", recommended to him. Note that I'll put the Matrix Creator's secret in the 2nd part of the lore.
In the post-apocalyptic future (in universe b), the world becomes a gun and weapon-legal place, and the world has combat rankings now. In fact, Earth is the Hub for universe B. Efy, who's been the chosen for the content creator has to deal with it.
