I couldn't help being rude to Christine today, even if my heart felt very heavy when I did that, but I had to. We can't keep acting like a couple when we aren't one.
When Max walked into my room and began to ask me about our relationship, I didn't feel the need to tell him anything, so that was precisely what I did.
Christine is his friend, after all, he should be the one he asks, not the other way around. When he realized that he won't be getting a word from me, he resorted to telling me some funny stories and, to be frank, it really helped a lot in brightening my mood.
When they left, I called up Sonia and talked to her because I needed to pour out everything in my heart to someone reliable, and thanks to Sonia. She's always a one call away and that the best friend anyone can have. I felt better after discussing it with her.
