Sonia's POV
As I kept walking down the lonely lean, I felt shivers run down my spine. I dragged my suitcase, trying to force my mind to think of where I will stay for the night. But it kept running back to Rex_ He was supposed to be my knight in shining armor, but the reverse seems to be the case.
At one point, I thought of taking a taxi to the nearest hotel, but I didn't think they would have a spare room at this time of the day. Moreover, I don't even know the name of any hotel, I only know my home_ Rex.
I clutched my heart with my hand and tears trickled down my cheeks. I love him so much, I wanted to head back home and tell him that I've forgiven him, that we can move on, but my heart kept shattering at the thought of the lady I saw laying in my position.
