I nearly collapsed as we arrived back in the Underworld, worn out from the effort to break into the Garden. I never thought I would break into another realm, and I was not ready for the toll it would take on my body as I struggled to reverse my transformation. Sarai quickly freed herself from my coils, running to kneel next to me.
"Azger!" She whispered, and I coughed as I finally managed to release my demonic form, able to take my female form. I allowed the angel to help me to stand, taking a moment to try and see where we were. It seemed we had been dropped off just outside the palace and relief flooded my body as I glanced up to my home. It would have been a lot harder to sneak Sarai out if I had accidentally managed to teleport us inside.
"We... need to move," I managed, leaning on the wall as I started down the street. "We can't stay here."
