As I walk back from school I suddenly find myself inside a black room with something that looks like a system infront of me. "Ding." I received a message wich is displayed on the system's screen. The message reads "Welcome, you have been tasked to create a dungeon."

I stood there silent trying to figure out what is happening. "This must be a dream." As I muttered those words I received another message. "Ding." "Please choose a theme for your dungeon."

I don't know why I accepted my situation so quickly, probably because this doesn't feel real. I went along with the system and opened the list of all the dungeon themes that I could choose. Whilst scrolling on the list I see some themes graying out and were unavailable to choose.

Could it be possible that there are other people who found themselves in the same situation?

As scared as I am I still feel a little excited, I mean who hasn't dreamt about becoming a dungeon maker or boss. I proceed to choose a theme for my dungeon. I chose "Poisonous cave system".

After I chose my theme I received another message. "Ding." "Please choose the species of your inhabitants.". I click on the list of potential inhabitants and eventually chose the lizard type monsters. It then gave me a list of poisonous lizard monsters to choose from for the first species that will inhabit my dungeon.

Each species has their own strength and weaknesses as well as potential drops, so this choice looks pretty important. I decided to choose the "Blue tailed lizard". The blue tailed lizard is a very small monster, probably as small as my foot. Physically it's very weak but it's venom is pretty deadly as 1 sting can cause a cardiac arrest. When it dies it has a chance to drop a "blue tail".

I then got to create the layout of my dungeon. I created a maze like cave system. After finishing designing my dungeon it loaded infront of me. "Ding." "Please choose a name for you dungeon.". I tought long and hard about my dungeon's name. "Ding." "You have inserted the name [Poison cave]."

As I was trying to figure out how the dungeon system works there was something called dungeon points. These points allowed me to unlock new species as well as props and traps for my dungeon. To earn these points I need "WHAT!".

"I need people to die inside my dungeon or die from my dungeon break." you say.

Before I could process all the information I received a message. "Ding." please choose where your dungeon will appear." As a world map appears infront of me I see several dungeon location have already been placed. As I was thinking about a location to pick I realised that if you place your dungeon in a big city you will have alot of chances to earn dungeon points, but this also means there are more chances for your dungeon to be qonquered.

But this is still the first phase so not many people will enter an unknown gate that appeared out of nowhere, so I chose Busan in South-Korea as it's pretty densely populated.

"Ding." "22 hours until dungeons will appear on earth."

Whilst waiting I tried to figure out how this dungeon system works. I found out that there are 500 Blue tailed lizards inside my dungeon. There's even a dungeon store and much more.

[22 hours later]

"Ding." "Your dungeon has formed on earth."

Well I guess there's nothing I can do anymore.

As time passed nothing happened.

[1 Week later]

"Ding." "Your dungeon is breaking."

When I received that message I was sleeping, but when I woke up I witnissed something horrible. The system showed me a scene that was happening on the outside. Monsters flooding Busan, people dying. As I was throwing up I finally realised that this isn't a game but real. I clicked to see what my monsters were doing.

"Looks like they are hiding inside small spaces and stinging people." "Ding." "You have killed 7 000 people." "7 000 points have been received." "Ding." "You have killed 5 awakened people." "500 points have been received."

"HUH!" "I killed how many people now?!"

"Ding." "Would you like to upgrade the dungeon to F-class?"

After hearing the amount of the people I killed I couldn't think straight. I tried to beleive this wasn't real.

Yes, this can't be real this must be a dream. I tought to myself. As I didn't accept reality I kept following the system. "Yes upgrade the dungeon to F-rank.". "Ding." "1 000 points have been extracted.". I felt more power surging trough me. I looked at my status screen and saw my stats were higher as wel as a venom skill that belonged to the blue tailed lizards. I guess I receive the skills of my inhabitants.

"Ding." "You have ..."
