It looks like I unlocked the ability to connect and speak with other dungeon bosses. Let's see what has been posted on the community tab.
It's just people asking what's happening and what this situation's all about as expected. Well I don't blame them as I have a lot of questions as well.
There's a leaderboard as well, let's see what the rankings are. The dungeon that has performed the best is a dungeon called [Flying Islands of God]. Pretty bold of them to put God in their dungeon name.
It looks like my dungeon is ranked 336th out of the 250 000 other dungeons wich is pretty amazing. Well i guess with monsters so small and abundant there's no way the military will find and kill all of them.
I currently have more capacity inside my dungeon after it ranked up. I guess I'll take a look at the dungeon store.
"Hmmm." It looks like I can buy new species and other dungeon stuff. I still have a lot of dungeon points left so I'll buy the "Fuming Lizard" it's medium sized lizard that exudes toxic fumes from it's mouth and it drops a "Poison resistant orb".
I'll also buy the environment upgrade "Poison Smoke" this gives the tunnels inside my cave a poisonous air to it.
I've adjusted to this new lifestyle pretty well. Let's just watch what's going on on earth.
[Earth] [7 Days before the catastrophy]
"Hey Seo-Jun did you throw out the trash?"
"Yes mom why don't you have more trust in me jeez."
[Breaking news, a bunch of weird unidentified phenomenons have appeared out of nowhere.]
"Hey mom take a look at this."
"What is it now?" "Wow what are those things?"
[The goverment is currently investigating the weird phenomenon.]
[It is yet to be identified and the government is suggesting you to stay inside until a solution is found.]
"Ding." "Congratulation you have awakened."
"Huh what is this, mom can you see this thing floating around?"
"What are you saying son?"
I guess my mom can't see this thing. It kinda looks like a system you see in games. And what does it mean by awakened?
[We received more news, the phenomenon is currently happening around the world with some areas having more than others.]
What is happening, is the world going to end? I still haven't figured out this awakened thing. Well I guess that can wait.
[The next day]
I took the time to look into this awakened thing and I guess I was right about this thing being a system like in a game. My stats look good but I can't compare it to others, and my skill is called "Quake" it allows me to create small tremors under my feet and potentially disorient the enemy wich is pretty awsome.
The news channel said that there are 34 of those weird portal things in Busan. And awakened people have started showing themselves just after a few hours. The government is currently keeping an eye out for those people since they could potentially destroy everything. That's why I'm keeping it to myself.
[6 days later] [The day of the catastrophy]
"AAAAH!"
I woke up by the scream of my mother and see my mother getting eaten alive by an eagle like monster right infront of me.
"W-What is happening." Before I could think I attacked the monster that came flying into our small studio. The monster fled and while I'm holding my mothers lifeless half eaten body in my arms all I could think of is killing that damned monster that killed my mother.
"Sob Sob Sob" Before i decided to go after that monster i tought I could mourn a little. I cried for hours before I finally decided to look outside of the broken wall and see a bunch of monsters destroying buildings and killing people right infront of my eyes.
I tought to myself "That's right I'm an awakened I can save all these people. I won't let the same thing happen to them as what happened to my mother. As I run down the stairs I see a bunch of dead bodies all over the place and when I reached the oustide it was even worse, hundreds of dead bodies just being thrown around and eaten by these monsters, it was horrifying.
