ready to attack at any moment. But as they got closer, John suddenly jumped up and yelled, "Boo!"
The two men were so startled that they fell to the ground. John couldn't help but burst out laughing as he realized their reactions. "You guys are hilarious!" he exclaimed.
The two men stood up, confused and bewildered. "Who the hell are you?" one of them demanded.
"My name is John, and I'm lost," John replied sheepishly.
The two men looked at each other before bursting out into laughter themselves. "You're lost in the villains' headquarters? Talk about unlucky!" they said in unison.
John chuckled nervously. "Yeah, I guess so. Can you guys help me in any way?"
The two men quickly recovered from their laughter and seized up John. "Well, you look pretty harmless. We could probably help you get out of here, but you have to promise not to snitch on us!"
John nodded eagerly. "I won't tell anyone, I promise!"
And with that, the two men led John out of the jungle back to the main city but,
"Did i really just make friends with villains... what if they snitch on me" With that beings said, John decided to make a run for it.
"uhm i wanna pee" John said.
"Were not gonna hurt you kid, were just gonna drop you back to society". With that being said they muzzled John up until he became unconscious.
" Ugh where am i... oh sh*t not again" John muttered as he bowed his head down while trying to look at the surrounding area
"A road! and not just any road it's the road that leads to school... hehe" John giggled.
"So those guys were genuine hun?" he thought to himself.
He finally managed to make his way back to his grandparents' house, but as he approached the front door, he felt a wave of guilt wash over him. How could he have been so reckless. He had caused so much worry and heartache, and now he didn't even know how to face his grandparents.
He took a deep breath and knocked on the door, his heart pounding in his chest. His grandfather opened the door and seemed relieved to see him, but also surprised and confused. "John, where have you been? We've been so worried about you."
John tried to speak, but he couldn't hold back the tears any longer. He burst into sobs and fell to the ground, his grandfather rushing to his side to comfort him. "I'm so sorry," John managed to choke out between sobs.
His grandfather listened patiently, his face filled with concern and compassion. "It's okay, John. We're just glad you're back. You don't have to explain anything now. Let's just take things one step at a time".
" We'll have to move in less than a week. We don't know when they will be back..." grandpa frowned.
"I'll go check on the training lab and see what i can find" he added as he walked his way down the basement.
"John you have to understand that these people wont rest until they can get the power you-"
"Whats so special about me... Everything in my life is almost gone and they want to take away all that is left" John broke into tears as he lazily knelt down on the ground.
As his grandma patted his back, John phone began to ring
ring!
"Hello who is this?" John said as he wiped away his tears and cleared his throat
"Its jackson bro. But is everything alright, you don't sound good..."
"i'm fine bro its just a little cough"
"You sure you are ok. Anyways your house was in crumbles the last time i came over but i heard you moved out"
"don't worry about me bro, i'll be fine!"
"if you say so. But are you sure you are fine bro?"
"Yeah i'm fine" John replied both furiously and impatiently
"I really hope your fine though"
"I'll call you later bye!" John furiously Cut the call as he quickly got up from the ground.
"John i know you are not familiar with-".
"Don't worry grandma. I'm fine i'm gonna go pack my stuffs" John interrupted with a smile on his his face. "oh John" grandma muttered with a concerned tone.
grandma went to meet grandpa down the basement where they discussed what to with John now that the villains were after him. They came up with a common conclusion: " John should go to hero academy"
His grandparents walked up to his room ready to tell him the news. Mean while, John had very dangerous thoughts flash pass his head as he laid on the bed; "what if they catch me,... kill me, ...eat me". He slapped his cheeks and jerked up from the bed.
Just as he stood up, the sound of the door being knocked filled the room
knock! knock!
John went over and opened the door, "What?" he said with an unconcerned look.
" You'll be going to hero academy"
His grandma bowed her head down after saying this but her husband looked at John dead straight in the eye. She tapped him at the back before he realized he was supposed to act remorse.
"what!"
John yelled in a surprised tone.
" You have powers which means you have to go to hero academy to avoid being dragged away by the government" grandpa said as he sat down on the bed.
"So when are we leaving?" John asked.
"now!" his grandparent chanted in chorus.
John immediately had to pack whatever he could gather and place them in the truck.
"We'll be leaving now" grandpa said as he turned to look at John who was already at the boot of the truck.
"i like it here gramps" John said as he wiggled his body between his luggages.
John brought out his mobile device and played league of heroes while his grandparents chatted all the way throughout the Journey.
"we are here" grandpa said, as he slowly decelerated the vehicle to rest. Mean while, John remained silent as he stared at the tall massive mountain in front of him.
"I don't wanna test the devil grandpa..." John stood in great surprise as he looked at the tall mountain.
"The hero academy is directly at the back of this mountain to ensure proper enclosure and safety so we will have to climb it..." grandpa said as he began to bring out the hiking gears from the boot. "How do we now take my stuffs over the mountain" John asked.
Just as grandpa was about to answer John's question,
"Did i just hear a voice in need!".
John and grandpa immediately turned towards the direction of the voice.
A beautiful girl with beauty compared to that of snow white was there. Her skin was snow white and appeared to glow in the light, contrasting with her bright red eyes like that of the jade Jang Uk gave to Naksu. Her hair packed in parting bunches gave the impression of a twin waterfall. Her blue leather Jacket clinged to her body exposing-
"Hey author, your description sucks".
"My name is Sarah and i thought you guys needed help?"
John stood there in awe for a while before answering her question, "Yeah we need help to climb up the mountain" John stuttered.
"Well you guys are in luck because my ability is wind and i'm really good at it"
"Wait i need to get my luggage" John rushed to get his luggage from the back of the truck. "Shall we get going then" Sarah commented. Grandpa looked at his sleeping his wife in the vehicle before replying back to Sarah, "Yes".
whoosh!
Sarah created a sphere that surrounded them with wind. It began to slowly float upward. After a few seconds of levitation, the sphere sped up with tremendous speed before slowing down back as it approached the final heights of the mountain.
Of course John wasn't spared at all, as he screamed throughout the whole occurence.
The sphere began to slowly descend at the other side of the mountain and a nice view of the hero academy can be seen,
"Wow"
John said in amusement.
"Welcome to hero academy"
