The sphere landed and sarah led both john and grandpa to the main building but grandpa acted like he was never here before so he wouldn't distract the moment.
They headed into the student's hall where a lot of supernaturals were present. Some could be seen chasing each other, others talking while others were showcasing there power and the fewest were fighting each other.
As John stepped into the hall. A brief moment of silent filled the hall as all the students stopped their businesses and focused their gaze on John. John noticed their gazes and decided to act mature and bold not until the questions started pounding:
"what are your powers..., is it fire?,..wind,...telekinesis?" With all these questions, John staggered back in surprise as majority of the students rushed at him while a few students, say ten in number stayed back with folded arms.
Sarah immediately drew John away from the crowd and instructed all the students to leave John for a while. The whole place went back to its noisy self as majority of the students went back to their businesses while a few who couldn't accept Sarah as their senior bad mouthed her.
John immediately buttoned up his shirt which went six buttons down because he was literally dragged down by the students. "I would like to introduce you to a few of my colleagues" sarah said excitedly as she grabbed John on the arm and pulled him away.
"Kevin?!"
A woman with grayed hair and pink glasses shouted in surprise.
Granpa turned towards her direction and answered back in surprise
"Layla?!"
"Nice to meet you Kevin. It feels like decades since we last met"
"Yeah. I never thought i would ever see you with gray hair" grandpa chuckled
"(clap, clap) Hey students! This is my former colleague, Kevin. He worked in the hero association and was my superior"
"Nice to meet you sir" some of the students chorused while others stayed mute. Grandpa immediately bowed down his head
"Lets head over to my office" Layla smiled as she grabbed grandpa and pulled him over to her office. Layla's office was well built like a normal ceo office with ac, spinning chair...but with an additional shelf of weapons.
"I see you haven't lost your touch" grandpa said as he scanned through the whole room. "Being the principal doesn't mean no fashion sense" Layla chuckled.
"By the way, is Sarah your daughter?" grandpa asked.
"Yeah. But how do you know?" Layla replied in surprise.
"I just see the similarities" grandpa said before putting a big smile on his face.
"You still haven't told me what you are doing here!" Layla exclaimed with a serious tone
"Just came to drop off my grandson"
"So you have a grandson?!" Layla exclaimed excitedly
"Yeah and he may be the one"
Layla stayed motionless trying to put together his words before coming up with an answer
"I understand why you are here" Layla replied with all seriousness.
"His name is John. He is with your daughter currently and i want you to keep him safe until he is ready"
*Mean while,
"Sir we are sorry for being late. We met a minor occurence outside the building" The men who saved John from the Jungle said in chorus.[Read the previous episode for better understanding]
"Have it been taking care of?"
"Yes sir. It was just a poor kid with worn out-" one of them blurted out with the order trying to stop him from continuing.
"You mean a kid with worn out clothes was laying in a thick jungle and you took him back to society!" he said furiously and tossed away the glass cup he was holding
"Sorry sir" they stuttered nervously.
"May god save you that kid was John. Get out of my sight!"
buzz! buzz!
"You haven't been able to get a hold of the boy ' AUSTIN'! " The angry voice of a man sounded through the phone
"I'm sorry sir but the boy keeps slipping through every attempt"
"I hope you are not still obsessing over Kevin!"
"I have sort a new plan sir, This time it wouldn't fail!"

"That fat looking guy there is Arthur, he has great strength but watch his pride. That girl over there is Laura her ability is pyrokinesis and she hates friendship. That kid over there is Lucas, he has the ability of ice formation and very skilled at that. That guy over there is bruce, he has great swordsmanship and combat abilities but talks like Shakes spear. That girl over there is Evelyn, she has lightning attribute but is kinda shy about using her powers and there is me who is the strongest with my wind ability, very good looking and nice. Together we are 'The top 5' " Sarah rapped before finishing it off with a dab pose.
John stood in surprise as he looked at the rapping Sarah.
"Why don't you just get the SYSTEM implant maybe you will understand better" Sarah said as she noticed John couldn't keep up with her rapping.
They headed towards a lab. It had many advanced equipments ranging from weapons to brain implants and much more. Sarah met the lab owner who appeared to be thesame age as her. He had light blue eyes, spiky blue hair and a touch of innocence to his face
"Dickson This is John. John this is Dickson" Sarah introduced them to each other.
"Dickson's ability is a rare one which is 'high intelligence' " Sarah added.
They exchanged greetings before John was led to Dickson's office.
"You may have a sit... So you need a system implant right? it may not necessarily be an implant but advanced contact lenses if you prefer. They have high resistance to heat and very comfortable on the eye but implants could also work since they have less probability to be damaged. The aura a supernatural releases naturally can power it so power is not a problem for both of them. Yo-"
"I'll go for the contact lenses" John interrupted quickly as he wanted to avoid the long explanation. "Why do they have to talk so fast" John thought.
Dickson showed John a wide variety of contact lenses before John finally chose his preference after Dickson ran out of patience.
After applying the lenses, John looked across his vision waiting for the system window to appear.
"I think it's broken cos i don't--"
A system window suddenly appeared in John's vision

"What!" both Dickson and Sarah said in unison.
"Is it that low or something" John stuttered nervously.
"Even a D ranker has atleast 35. Its the least out there but 25 is a killer" Dickson laughed sheepishly.
"What is this dimensional energy thing and why is it showing error" John thought to himself without telling the others to avoid any further embarrassment.
"John look at me!" Sarah voiced out.
John immediately looked at her and a status screen appeared in front of his eye,

"wooo you really have great stats" John muttered with his eyes wide open.
"You can see other people stats and also receive student's mission through your window" Sarah said with a smile on her face.
"You can turn off the status window by just staring upwards and turn it on by just saying 'magic' " Dickson added as he checked through his computer.
"Is there any need to remove the contacts later during the day" John asked.
"Nope it can be permanently there as long as you don't"
Just as Dickson was about to answer John's question, an inbox appeared in John's status screen:
" All heroes should gather at the student hall for briefing!"
Sarah grabbed John as she ran towards the student's hall.
