A shadow sat in Belle's room, watching the sleeping angel with a blank face. His legs were crossed while his fingers tapped on the chair's handle.
Belle moved in her sleep, and her eyes lazily opened, flaunting their silver glory. But when she saw the person present in the room, a scream escaped her lips as she feared that someone had come to kill her.
Swiftly sitting up in her bed, she took the comforter along with her as she pushed herself backwards to the head of the bed. Though she was properly covered with her dress, the girl still pulled the blanket up to her chest.
"Ms. Annabelle, is everything alright in there?" Luther called quickly as he stood outside, waiting for her response.
It took her a moment to finally answer, "Yes, just a bad dream." Her eyes were fixed on the person in her room as she said this.
"Okay, Lady Philippa said to let you know that she would be leaving to attend a tea party."
"That's fine."
