"They do have one!" Ayse commented, running to the door.
To LaRee, the cursive letters appeared to be a language all their own. And the few, small printed words littering the clinic's pale blue walls were all the more confusing.
"What do they have?" LaRee asked.
Ayse pointed at the one line painted in layers of white and purple beside the door. "They have an ACM. Come in, you'll love this!"
LaRee entered through the held-open door, entering a tiny room with another door immediately in front of him. LaRee walked to the next door out of habit but was surprised to see it locked.
"The clinic is closed," Ayse stated and turned the archer around toward the doorless side of the room. "We're here for the ACM, the automated clinician machine."
There, a plastic-covered machine was embedded into the wall, with a half-lit screen. Ayse nudged LaRee forward and pointed at the screen. He said, "Go ahead and touch it."
