As the morning sun bathed the room in a gentle glow, I began my usual routine of preparing Little Gabrielle for school. The sound of her laughter filled the air as I carefully bathed and dressed her, cherishing these moments of togetherness.
While I went about getting ready for work, my mind was still filled with the events of the previous day, and the unexpected bond that had formed between Jayden and me. As I selected my outfit for the day, I opted for a fitted navy blue dress, accentuated with a delicate floral pattern. The dress fell just above the knees, exuding professionalism and elegance.
Little Gabrielle's excitement grew as Jayden offered to drive us to school. Her eyes lit up with joy as she declared, "I want Jayden to take me to school!"
