Weather is The Spring and City is the Sri Jagarnnathpur one of the big metro city of world, and evening time is the time for relaxation.Now some friends are present in the planet club, all are having no such problem. and the club has all the facilities for relaxation and enjoyment. So this pleasant evening must be a very enjoyble for the friends present inside the club.

surprisingly the situation in the club is complately opposite . All the members are sitting there silently, and thereby creating a gloomy atmosphere.

It is the matter to be noted that no such reason is visible for this type of act.. To get the answer we have to study the situation carefully.

Yes these friends are grown up persons aged around 40.But that doesnot mean that they are old men and inactive persons.. We cannot take it as a conclusion that they are taking rest there. Because they ere very much active like young energetic brothers and are successful in their business or profession. All are educated and established. They used to meet at this club regularly for discussion of various matter and particularly about some problems. They get solutions of those problems by helping eachother in all possible way they had already solved thousands of problems here discussiing that and taking tea or coffee Yes, the truth has not to be kept hidden that some times they had also taken wine..

From the above discussion it seems to be very clear that the planet club had provided them complete independence and privacy.Actually the friends had paid a good amount as advance to the management of Planet club to keep reserve one conference hall for them. The Planet club is a big organisation having a good infrastructure where all type of activity can be done. That means the planet club is having facilties for conference meeting and get together party with the entertainment arrangement. Another point to be noted that this club is located at central place of the city which is easily assessable to all friends. For that reason they have diposited some amount in that club and reserved one conference hall for them. Well let's discuss about the friends and their proffession. The first person about whom we are going to discuss is Dr Asutosh. Yes he is a doctor by profession and truly a renowned doctor of this city or we can say a very good doctor of this state or country. The next friend is Prof. Dr Binayak, a well-known history proffesor and next is Engineer Mr Chaturbhuja.

From the above description it become very much clear to everyone that these friends are well educated and established persons. But at the same time a question must be arising in everyone's mind that thrse three friends must be superior to others for that reason about them we are discussing or describing first. So it is truly verymuch required to mention here something to clarify those doubt

Yes the important sentence we are going to mention that here all are considered as equal which is the most important requirment of friendship. Someone may ask why we describe about these friends if all are considered equal Yes there is answer to this question.. How can one describe about all at a time He has to describe one by one..The answer is quite funny but it is true.

Well, we come to know about some infomaions of those well educated friends. That group is having so many other friends whose description is equally important.We will discuss about them at time of requirement.. After getting these informations we are requiring some other information. Yes the important matter still not discussed is the reason of their unhappiness. They are not in cheerful mood and not enjoying this evening, where every facility of enjoyment is present. Another most important point to be noted that the presence of only one friend is sufficient to be happy and relaxed, but here so many friends are present so unhappiness is not atall acceptable

let's describe the reason of their unhappiness ending the suspence.. These friends gather here to meet each other and discuss some important matter, or problems but today they have no such matter on which they can discuss or for which they have to think and analyze. The elders and great philosophers had explained to remain satisfied in present situation even in unhappy situation or even in failures. The cute coffee boy is entering to this hall for the fifth time this evening, that means they had already consumed coffee four times this evening. The coffeeboy keep the snacks and drinks on the table and looks toward them. This time he has entered without their order, but he noticed smiling face in all direction. Actually those friends are requiring coffee at that time and the work of coffee boy in required moment make them happy..They do not forget to thank him and all sit together to take snacks.

Silence is still maintained.

that means they are requiring something more.. However the silence is broken. Yes Dr Asutosh break the silence and tell everyone in a quite louder voice that something quite surprising has taken place today and that is not acceptable..

Everyone truly surprised to listen this statement and try to find out what is surprising and unacceptable. That must be one mistake, perticularly any silly mistake.

It is a matter to be noted that so many friends findout the surprising fact and feel sorry for that. But other friends could not find out that fact perhaps due to anxiety.

Dr Asutosh looks toward everyone, now the deep silence is not maintained. All are discussing with eachother. The members who have not pointed out the fact are feeling verymuch uneasy and at the same time those who have already pointed out the fact are feeling sorry for that silly mistake.

Solving everyone's problem Dr Asutosh announce in louder voice that, "we have spent somuch time nearly two hours here in this evening but we havenot pointed out the absence of one friend till now. which is not acceptable.

Everyone agree with his statement, it is not necessary to mention that now everyone pointed out the absence of one friend whose name is Mr Samarudra.Everyone feel sorry for that. His absence must be due to some reason. He had not informed to anyone about postponement of his programme to planet club. So this cannot be taken as an ordinary problem. But everyone remain silent as they didnot reach in any conclusion

Prof. Binayak stands up and tell everyone that he personally feeling very sorry for this silly mistake. We know Mr Samarudra is a successful businedsman, he is owner of abig construction companey so hei is having a busy shedule bur that doesnot mean that he is absent for that reason.. He is successful due to the fact that he never miss any work of his shedule, whatever programme he has planned in morning he definitly work that. Truly speaking this is one of the best quality of successful person. All of us having that quality to some extent.

He take a break and looks toward other He feels happy that all are listening his words carefully. He again start speking, yes this time with louder voice "" my dear friends please donot panic, now I am going to tell a serious matter, yes Mr Samarudra had not forgotten about this get together programme and he had not postponed it for any other work because we know for all of us the get together programme is most important one and we arrange alternative way to finish other work, so for him that is not a big task. So my dear friends try to understand the situation. This is not the case of his absence, this is the case that he has not reached till now at this place. His delay in arrival is not a simple matter because he is having a very powerful car and a well experienced car driver.. So this is happened due to some very difficult situation.

Mr Niranjan, yes another businessman whose introduction was not described before is a very intelligent man now stands up to speak something. Yes He explained everyone to keep patience and to try to contact Mr Samarudra by mobile phone.

It is not necessary to mention that within no time this work is started, but after trying so many times to his mobile number the connection couldnot be established . Every time they get the answer that the mobile is out of network coverage area.

Truly they keep patience this time and think carefully to solve this problem. However they get an idea that is nothing but to ask about him to his office stafffs perticularly to his car driver and to his personal assistant Mr Raghabendra.

But his personal assistant Mr Raghabendra receive the phone, when Dr Asutosh is from this side. Dr Asutosh become very happy and asked him about Mr Samarudra. He continued the discussion for some time

All other friends eagerly wait for his explanation. They become sure that something important is there so that he is discussing for so much time.

Well, Dr Asutosh end his discussion with personal assistant Mr Raghabendra

He loooks toward all other members and noticed that all are looking toward him as if he is going to distribute Sweet.

Yes, the situation is something like that for that reason smiles appear on his face.

He explained happily that from the discussion with Mr Raghabendra he come to know that today in daytime Mr Samarudra got invitation from chief engineer office to attend a meeting on an important matter. So he rushed to that office with Mr Raghabendra and with his car driver

Aftter reaching at that place they get information that the government is planning to construct a super highway. and some civil engineers and owner of some cinstruction company are invited to discuss. As Mr Samarudra had long history of successful execution of large construction works he is likely to get that work ..

He continue his explanation and inform other that Mr Raghabendra return to city office to perform the paperwork. and the most important news is that Mr Samarudra is moving toward Planet club with his driver so he may reach within some time.

Everyone become very happy for some time,yes for some moments only Because they findout something wrong.

Actually the chief engineer office is not situated at a very large distance so this delay in arrival is still remain as a question .

Prof Binayak tell everyone that we should keep patience, but the situation is not acceptable.After gettig a good news our friend can not make so much delay to inform us.

He stopped for a moment, but again start speaking when he noticed that everyone is very impatient to listen something.

He speaks everyone just like announcement that Mr Samarudra is definitely in a very serious problem and he is in such a critical situation that he is unable to contact us by mobile phone..This may be the case of accident or conspiracy. Whatever the matter Mr Samarudra is surely in dangerous situation.Speking these thing he just fall down on his chair.

Dr Asutosh rushed to that place and hold him. After medcal examination he announced that Prof Binayak is safe. Let us think about Mr Samarudra

Everyone understand his words clerly and couldnot decide how to react because creating panic situation is not the solution. First of all everyone pray God for Mr Samarudra.

However they control themselves again sit together to solve the matter.

All started discussing with each other about the possible cause and problems. They reach at a conclusion Yes everyone think in the same way about the cause of delay in arrival without information by mobile phone They reached at the conclusion that this is a case of road accident or he is victim of conspirancy of business rival or antisocials.

Mr Samarudra is in danger, this is the final conclusion. Some friends become impatient, however some keep patience.

Now this the time to act, announce Mr Chaturbhuja with louder voice. This announcement energized the other friends, so everyone control thair mind and come together to save Mr Samarudra.

Mr Subbarao do so many things with his mobile phone, it is a matter to be noted that his phone is the most advanced and powerful one, so everyone wait eagerly to know about result of the activity.

After some time Mr Subbarao tell everyone with disappointment that he faild to track the location.

Everyone astonished to listen this thing from a I T expert. Mr Subbarao explained that now the technology is able to find out the location of broken and switched off mobile phones and I am having that but still then I could not get successes so this is not a case of accident, that means Mr Samarudra is under the control of enemies who are controlling their phone.

Getting such a statement all become verymuch worried

Prof Binayak request Mr Subbarao to try again before reaching at any conclusion.

keeping his request Mr Subbarao silently try again very carefully and everyone watch him waiting with hope.

Mr Subbarao breaks his silence and tell everyone that surprisingly this time he is able to track his location. He is just at a distance of three kilometers and may reach here within rive minutes.

so let's wait.

I think we will get answers of all the questions from him

truly after five minutes the door of the conference hall of planet club opened. The friends present inside the hall look toward that direction with a great hope..

Oh no the person who is entering to this hall is not Mr Samarudra he is the coffeeboy of this planet club.

This time the reaction of members is complately different from that happened usually after noticing the coffeeboy..

The coffeeboy feels verymuch uneasy by such type of reaction. and fears to enter to the hall so he stand there for some moments.

All the friends look toward him and that causes more fear to him but however he moved ahead. Everyone understand that he has entered here for particular purpose, so they call him to come without fear and speak the reason, because this is not time for coffee.

The coffeeboy come near the table and tell them that the manager of planet club has asked about dinner programme. Everyone understand the situation, actually this is nearly dinner time, so the manager has done his duty by asking about dinner. The friends couldnot decide about the answer, so they tell him that after fifteen miutes please come again.

The coffeeboy begs permission to return. He return with a heavy heart as he had never faced such rude behaviour from these well educated members.When he just reached at the door of this conference hall looking downward due to unhappiness he is being pulled toward inside. by sudden break of deep silence of the hall. He turned backward and noticed the joyful atmosphere of the conference hall.. He looks carefully to find the reason and noticed some one near the door. Yes Mr Samarudra reached here and now he is entering to the hall with his driver..

All received Mr Samarudra with great pleasure..

The coffeeboy couldnot decide anything and stand there and watch the activity

During the medical checkup He ask so many things, that means He discuss with him, but he discuss only the matter related to his health only. He mesure the blood pressure, pulse rate, and so many things that Doctors can understand

After medical checkup He looks toward the other friends and tell others happily that Mr Samarudra is fine, nothing to worry, he is just physically tired.. This problem can be solved by medicine or injection. He remain silent for some moment and watch the reaction of all friends but He noticed that everyone including Mr Samarudra is listening his words and accepting that. He understand that everyone is intelligent enough to understand the importance of a Doctor so noone is making any disturbance by unnecessary argument.

He assure all that Mr Samarudra is out of danger and assure others that they can ask any question without fear.

Mr Niranjan stands up and thanks Dr Asutosh for allowing other to interfere in work of a Doctor. and ask him about the reason of tiredness.

All other also ask the same question, because Mr Samarudra is a very rich man and he is living a luxurious life.Everyone want explanation.

Dr Asutosh donot make any delay

He explained all that the answer of any question related to patient has to be answered to his wellwishers, so please donot worrry he is physically tired that means he had done some physical work., but what work he had done that he can only say.

Dr Asutosh thanks him for this work but donot receive the coffee cup for Mr Samarudra. He explained him that coffee is truly an energy drink but at this condition Mr Samarudra require medicine.

Everyone fesl quite happy. and explain this matter to coffeeboy and someone also receive the coffee.After proper treatment Mr Samarudra feel relaxed. but he noticed everyone's worriness to get detail explanation of today's matter.. He decide to explain everything, because after getting the explanation his friends will feel relaxed.

But at this moment someone enter to this conference hall. Yes He is the manager pf Planet club. He infomed everyone that the dinner is already prepated and all have to come to dining hall. He explained everyone that it is already too late so He arranged dinner although he had not received confirmation from them. He also inform that they havenot to pay anything for that dinner

Prof Binayak, Dr Asutosh and so many other friends accept his invitation and thank him for the dinner arrengement and inform him that they cannot take the dinner without payment. Manager accepted their request and return to dining hall for final arrengement.

Everyone prepared themselve for dinner programme, but what is the meaning of preparation. That means all started walking toward dining hall, but at the same time they they did not forget about Mr Samarudra. What decision is to be taken for him that only one can decide. Yes He is Dr Asutosh. Only Doctor can allow the patient. Dr Asutosh tell everyone that Mr Samarudra is not ill, he is just tired so delicious dinner will help him physically and mentally so he can take dinner so we have to invite him.

Everyone walked toward Mr Samarudra and invite him for dinner and inform him that DrAsutosh had given permission.

Dr Asutosh, Prof Binayak also invite him for dinner Everyone tell so many things but the meaning is nothing but the dinner will definitely satisfy all and this get together programme will have a happy ending..

Mr Samarudra breaks his silence after listening so many requests and arguments.. This time with little louder voice he tell everyone that the dinner may satisfy him but he is sure that all other friends will not get satisfaction atall.

Everyone listen his statement, yes his voice was audible to everyone and there was no noise atall. But noone reacted to his statement, becsuse they were truly surprised to listen that.

After some moments Prof Binayak take the responaibility to interact with Mr Samarudra and ask him to explain his statement.

Mr Samarudra explained his friends without wasting time "" my dear friends I am thanking you all again for so much careful attention toward me. I shall remember this pleasant evening,so I have to take that much care of you.Now you are requiring the explanation of the reason of my delay and also about the new construction project and without getting any information you will not able to enjoy the dinner.

Everyone become very happy after listening this.. But they tell something different.

Oh no we are ready to wait for sometime. You can give the explanations tomorrow.

We are considering that problem as our problem but we complately unknown about the problem. Mr Samarudra explained that for explanation of construction project Mr Raghabendra is coming here, he mey reach here within half an hour and at that time reason of delay can be discussed. He give assurance of explanation..

Everyone understand the situation, they get assurance of explanation so next step is to enjoy the dinner. Without wasting time they move in the direction of dining hall

They notice the Manager of Planet club is waiting there for them. He welcome all the friends and instruct the staffs to serve food.All enjoy the dinner. Meanwhile Mr Raghabendra reach there.Mr Samarudra introduced him to all other friends. All become very happy and prepare themselves for next discussion., yes they didnot forget to invite Mr Raghabendra for dinner. Mr Raghabendra thanks all the friends and take some food.Everyone understand the importance's of descrption of constructiin project as for that explanation Mr Raghabendra hasbeen invited.Well everything will be clear within very short time only. After taking dinner all return to conference hall.

The next session of discussion is going to take place in the conference hall within short time. This time they have not to describe or analyse any thing, because Mr Samarudra and Mr Raghabendra will describe or explain so many things so they have to only listen. But the intelligent persons cannot listen silently, yes they will not disturb but they will ask various questions. Well that is acceptable..

The most awaited moment come. Mr Samarudra enter to the conference hall with remaing friends. He moves toward the stage in stead of coming near the friends.

As already discussed the conference hall is a big rectangular hall having all the facilities to conduct any business discussion or we can say discussion about any matter.. One stage is present on which the speaker can comfortably address the audience as he is easily visible to all good interaction will be possible. So many other things like good sound system, white board, markers, and also projector..

Everyone become very happy to notice Mr Samarudra in well condition, that means he is seems to be very fresh and active., actually when a Doctor is present in the group the illness has to leave the place. They hope that he will discuss about a problem of solvable condition at the same time they also require a critical problem so that they can get a chance to prove their intelligence by solving that.

in this way Mr Raghabendra start his explanation.

He explained that today mornings he got the message from chief engineer office about the projet and after one, two hour they get invitations to attend the meeting on that project

The project is not just a road construction project But what does that mean, Officially that is a road construction project.

well, the project is to construct road connection to Subarnpur from this city Srijagannathpur.This seems to be general or simple work, but actually not so simple. These two cities are highly dependant and releted to each other, this is not a new information. It is the matter to be noted that the distance between these two cities is one thousand kilometers by road, yes by the present road. The new road which is the matter of our discussion will decrease the distance to five hundred kilometers, that means to half of the present distance.

we had already noticed before so many road project that decrease the previous distance to some extent, but decreasing to half is definitly seems to be an unbelievable information. So to explain that I am going to take the help of projector.

All the lights of conference hall switched off and the projector start showing various slides. Those slides show the map of both the cities and presnt road conditon.

Everyone watched the slide very carefully and truly find out something. Then the projector is stopped and all lights of conference hall is switched on.

Without wasting time Mr Raghabendra start the explanation of slides. He explained that before starting a new project the present condition is to be analyzed. We all noriced that both the cities are very large and large numbers of people are traveling to each city, as the peoples of both the city are dependent to each other by various way.The present road which is connecting both the city is always remains overcrowded.

But this is not the reason for planning of new construction project.

All have definitly noticed something acceptble, and that is the reson. A Large rectangular forest is present between the two cities and we are travelling at the side of the forest, we are actually covering nearly the distance of three sides of that rectangular forest Yes first we travel three hundreds kilometres toward East then we traveled five hundreds kilometers to north and then two hundreds kilometres to west.

speaking these things he remained silent for a while.

He noticed that everyone is keeping attention on him and waiting silently to listen something more. So He again continue his explanation.

He explained that as we are moving in such a road that the distance of the two cities is one thousand kilometers but the actual distance is very less than that and that is nearly five hundred kilometers. He again start the slide show after switching off the lights of conference hall. Now these slides show the satellite picture of the area. From these slides everything become very clear

He explained that if a road is constructed within the forest the distace will be nearly half of the present distance.telliing these words Mr Raghabendra begs permission to end explanation. It is not necessary to mention that he get the permission and leave the stage after thanking all again.

Everyone started discussing with each other about the new costruction project. The disturbed situation continued for very little time because they well educated and civilised persons. So silence is observed in the conference hall.

Prof Binayak stands up and moved toward the stage and it is observed by all the friends. and they prepare themselves psychologically to listen some usuful description. Everyone become attentive.

Now Prof Binayak is on the stage and very discplined atmosphere is present in the conference hall so there is no reason to waste a moment. Yes He start his description by thanking Mr Raghabendra for his elaborated explanation

He explained the friends that the new construction project is definitly provide much benefits to the people of both the cities and also to the people of the nation. It will decrease the time and use of fuel., the perishable items can be send safely. and in case of emergency ambulances and fire brigades can reach in time The new road will be constructed within or through the forest so there will be so much challenge and I am confident that Mr Mr Samarudra will able to tackle all the problems and we are ptesent always to solve all the problem

But now I am going to tell you some surprising matter. First of all the surprising matter is the present road which is connecting both the city. Why it is nade in such a way that taking double of the actual distance.. The second surprising matter is the in which Mr Raghabendra explain us about that as if we are newcomer in this city. We are staying here from forty year and we had traveled in that road thousands of time. well his description amused us. The third surprising matter is the silence of general public regarding this road.I had never seen any article in any newspaper about this unjustified road.. The fourth surprising matter is our matter of discussion, at this presrnt moment the most important matter is the unacceptable delay in arrival of our friend Mr Samarudra.. Am I telling anything wrong?

Truly these words divert everyone's attention and all become impatient to get the answer from Mr Samarudra.

Mr Samarudra, being a successful businessman able to understand the intention of his friends. So without wasting time he stands up and moved toward the stage.

But after reaching on the stage he notice the presence of someone, yes he notice Dr Asutosh near him.

Dr Asutosh welcome him and tell others

""my dear friends it must be welknown to you that when Doctor is present you have to take his permission before instructing or even meeting his petient. Mrr Samarudra is now my patient so I can not allowany type of psychological pressure to him.

I hope noone will mind this hard words.

He remained silent for a while to notice other's reaction.

After noticing everyone in cooperative mentality, He prepare himself to speak something. First of all he request the friends to bring one chair to the stage so that Mr Samarudra has not to stand. It is not necessary to mention that within no time this work is done.

Dr Asutosh leave the stage without discussing any other matter and tell Mr Samarudra to describe about the reason

This is truly the most awaited moment. Actually all are waiting for this moment, now they will get the explanation of disorderd situation. The successful business man will explain explain today's unacceptable mistake.

Mr Samarudra explained all the matter and everyone listen that carefully without making any disturbance. His explanation continued for half an hour and take rest after explaining these matter.

Now it is the time for othet friends to analyze that explanation. Actually they get such an explanation which they had not thought..

After getting invitation from chief engineer's office Mr Samarudra rushed to that office without wasting a moment That time he had thought to inform about that to his friends, but could not do that due to disturbed mental condition. Then He reach at that office and get the information of that new construction project. After getting that information he became very happy and instructed Mr Raghabendra to perform all official work and feel very much relaxed. At that time again he planned to inform this matter to his friends but another idea stopped him to do that. He felt it would provide his friends some more pleasure if he tell that information after reaching at Planet club, that will be pleasant surprise for them. So planning like that He start his journey toward Planet club.Whatever happened till that moment is actually acceptable. After travelling some distance suddenly a strong desire arised in his mind to take a look of the place of city from where the new road will be start., so he instruct his driver to take him to that place, yes to the northern side of the city. The dirver drive the car with very speed carefully and surprisingly they reach there in fifteen minutes, although the distance is nearly twenty five kilo meters

After reaching at that place he notice a different view of the city. That area is seems to be complately different from the city, a large slum area having small houses and narrow roads surprised him. He decided to enter to that slum area and find the last end and starting point of forest, because the new road is to be constructed here.

He enterd to slum by foot and the driver stay near the car. He ealked for fifteen minutes but the slum area didnot end. He asked many peoples about forest and also about the way to mainroad, because he forgot the road taken by him. That unhealthy place and noncooperative persons and presence of antisocials truly sufficient reason to worrry. At the same time he noticed that his mobile phone is not working no network,. He tried to call by emergency number but that also not able to connect so he become very much worried and move in various direction. That is the reason of his delay so we can say he lost his way in slum area and travel here and there to get the way and during that process so many hours passed As he is a rich person and not having habit of this type of life so he feel very uncomfortable.

Here also everyone feel uncomfortable to give any remark. They had thought that the reason of that delay may be accident, conspirancy or kidnapping, but the answer is completely different.

Deep silence is observed in conference hall of Planet Club. Noone could decide how to start discussion and what remark should be given to Mr Samarudra. They cannot tell his friend foolish or careless or coward. The most important matter is Mr Samarudra is still sitting on the stage, that means he is waiting for their remark.

Everyone able to understand that and to cheer him clapped which is to be done after listening a speech. To manage the situation Prof. Binayak and Dr Asutosh stand up and walked toward the stage. Meanwhile Mr Subbarao and Mr Niranjan also do the same thing Noticing that other friends become confident that this get together programme will have certainly a happy ending. so they wait and watch carefuly.

First of all these four friends help Mr Samarudra to come back to his chair. Now four friends

are on the stage and everyone's attention is on them.

Prof Binayak thanks Mr Samrudra for the detailed descrption of matter.

It is truly a big task for them to speak in this situation and it is also true that all other are able to understand that but at the same time they are waiting eagerly to listen something from them.

Prof Binayak understood the fact that at this moment he has to manage the situation, being a Proffesor he can speak something to satisfy other.

So without thinking so much he start his explanation

My dear friends, it is nearly mid night that means the time to return. But before ending the session we should have satisfactory answer of all questions, so that we can get satisfaction.

He remained silent for a while and look towards the friends in order to get their reaction. Although he noticed no such reaction but he understand their remark.

He tell everyone that the satisfaction is not our requirement we want critical task.

This time he get reactions from all the friends and the indication of support and acceptance only.He feel relaxed after getting this type of reaction and continue explanation.

The summary of his explanation may be written like this.

my dear friends to day evening as per our shedule we have come to this Planet club for get together programme.This get together programme can be considered as different from the previous get together programme due to the ambiguous situation We are ready to face any problem and we can try to get solution But in this case the problem is not clearly visible so we have to continue discussion although it is nearly midnight. If we reach at a conclusion then we can consider. this as a successful get together programme and this evenimg as pleasant eveening.

He did not get any negative remark.

After listening the descriptions of new construction project from Mr Raghabendra and the description of reason of delay from Mr Samarudra so many questions are arising in our mind insted of giving relaxation. Some questions are already discussed, but we have not reached in conclusion.This is the time to think about the answer. I am going to discuss some thing which may be helpful.

The decision of government to construct a new highway to Subarnpur through the forest which decrease the distance to half of the present distance is really a matter of great pleasure to all the people.Now the distance of the city Subarnpur from our city is nearly one thousand kilometers, but still then the people of both the city are highly related to each other and it is a matter of great surprise that these two cities are called as twin cities. The new road will be definitly helpful to all. Here the actual question is why this had not been constructed before ten or twenty year back. Well to get the answer we have to think, let's take some time for that. so plaese all of you think about that.

From the explanation of delay in arrival we come to about the presence of a large slum in northern side of our city and about the people residing in that slum. We come to know that many antisocials, criminals are residing there which is not acceptable.

Another unacceptable matter is how this small matter causes so much effect to Mr Samarudra. We all know he is a rich man and he is not habituated to that type of place but he is very much energitic and smart person so this reason is not satisfactory. At this moment I am requesting Dr Asutosh to donot misunderstand this as a psychological pressure on his patient, this is just my opinion.

We have to also think about another matter, that is a trchnical matter. We couldnit contact him by mobile phone and for that reason we considered the situation as very critical. But as per his description he was in that slum area and he was independent. Here I may ask our friend Mr Subbarao to explain this technical matter.

I think this description is sufficient, if anyone wants to tell anything may start now., speaking this he take rest.

Dr Asutosh start his explanation without wasting time. He explained that they get a critical task and that is the new construction project and all the problems related to that..The present highway which is connecting the city Subarnpur with our city Sri Jagarnnathpur is truly taking a very larger path, but still then accepted by all due to various reason. He explained the reasons yes the first one is the good road condition that donot allow anyone to complain that means they enjoy the larger distance.. The second reason is absence of any alternative way that means train or flight. The third reason is emotional one yes when anyone is travelling to meet the loved one that time no obstacles is taken into consideration and everything seems to be colourful.IThe fourth reason isthat the people considered allworks are responsibility of government only and they have not to think about that. Telling these at a stretch he reminds other that it is already midnight so all should give attention to that.

Everyone become aware aboit that. Actually some friends have to go large distance to reach at their home.So all started discussion abouy the return journey

At this moment Mr Niranjan request all the friends to remain silent He informed them that he wants to tell something so please cooperate.

First of all he informed others that to day he came here by motorbike and he is ready to stay here for some time to reach at a conclusion and then he will think about return journey, then the other friends who are having powerful cars for return journey should not worry atall.

Everyone accept his argument and request him to start explanation.

Thanking all for their cooperation Mr Niranjan start explanation.His explanation can be described like the following.

Mr Samarudra has done any mistake by keeping secret the matter of new construction project because his intention was to give a pleasant surprise in the pleasant evenimg. But his decision to enter the slum without informing other is not acceptable. You all know I am a ordinary business man having a grocery shop., but that shop is situated at northern part of the city that means near that slum area. So it is definitly justified that he has to inform me before entering to that slum. All the people of slum area arenot antisocials. Many people of that area are depending on my grocery shop as they get that in credit. I have some information abot that slum area atleast the road network. If he had informed at the time of entering to that slum then I would have provided sufficient support.

He remained silent for some moment for others to give their remarks.

Prof. Binayak tell something like announcement that definitly within two or three days we all will enter to that slum area and the forest.

Everyone agree on his proposal.

Mr Niranjan become very happy after listening that announcement and he also announced that he will provide all support.

Everyone think about return journey but noone find its justificatin to announce, because till now they have not reached in a conclusion.

So everyone remain silent.

After some moment the silence is broken by Mr Subbarao

Goodevening friends

Iam going to explain the technical matter related to mobile phone. We are depending on technology to such a extent that during its failure we failed to sustain. Actually Mr Samarudra could not control the situation as his mobile phone did not cooperate him in required moment.

We also consider his delay as avery critical case for the same reason. There are so many mobile towers thoughout the city. Mobile network should be available at each point of the city. It is a matter to benoted that the slum area is also include in city region.

Mobile network is now present at avery point, but due to geographical reason or in time of bad weather it may be powerless. Second reason is intentional, yes in time of examination or secret meetings mobile networks are made powerless by use of jammer.

But here both the reasons are not acceptable.

For that that reason I considered the case as very critical yes in case of kidnap ir conspiracy the enemies take help of technical persons to make the mobile phone unreachable.

Other friends are listening thes carefully but there is no sign of satisfaction on their face but Mr Subbarao is not atall disappointed.

Everyone understand that he is having something more to explain so all keep patience and wait with great hope.

Mr Subbarao explained the third rrason without wasting time, He explained all that the mobile may unable to work within network area due to some unknown energy. having greater power. We can understand it by a simple example

Consider one table is present there and one person is pulling it to left direction with certain force then obviously it will move to left direction. But think about the same situation with some changes. Yes now one person is pulling the table itoward left direction and at the same time another person is pulling that toward right direction.

Here we will not observe the same result. But it is not a surprising matter.

in the same way the mobile phone may not work at some place although network is presen and no such obstacles is visible

He notice satisfaction on everyone's face.

Thanking all he permission to leave the stage.

However all get clear explanation of the situation and all think carefully about the next step and also about return journey.

Dr Asutosh speak in a louder voice that however we get answers of many questions and ow I can request Prof Binayak to explain the conclusion but before that I think one thing is more important.

Everyone become verymuch worried after listening that. Some friends become impatient.

Dr Asutosh notice it carefully and all other able to understand that he is enjoying that.

Truly everyone astonished by this act.

Dr Asutosh begs excuse from all for causing this situation and explain them that now a cup of coffee is highly required

Laughter and joy observed in Conference hall.

Within no time Coffeeboy was informed and all feel relaxed

After some time Coffeeboy come to conference hall but this time with Manager of Planet club. Everyone enjoy the coffee Manager Saheb asked them that it is already very late so if they require any help for return journey then Planet club will provide transport arrengement and security.

Everyone thanks Manager Saheb for so much responsible attitude and they also thank coffeeboy.

Dr Asutosh tell him not to worrry for our return journey.

Manager of Planet club and coffeeboy beg permission to leave the place and wishes them a safe return journey.

Prof Binayak is now on the stage

He is going to speak something and this is the last speech of this meetingthat means he may announce the final conclusion and allow everyone to return.

Definitly it is adifficult task to satisfy all but as he is a professor he may able to do that.

Deep silence indicate that all are truly cooperating Prof Binayak to deliver a meaningful speech.

Prof Binayak start his speech informing one new information. Yes he informed others that whatever matter is now the matter of discussion is related to new construction project and it is under consideration only. The new projact is not finalized.. Neither the project is fully finalized nor it is fully handed over to Mr Samarudra. But we are sure that this proposal wll get approval from all department of government and then it will be handed over to our capable friend Mr Samarudra. So we should try our level best for that.

Whatever we had already discussed are having so much challenges.

I am going to inform you all the proposed works of next week for us.

First of all we should keep official development of this project work.

Second work is collection of all information about the rectangular forest. we may take help of internet and satellite photographs. At the same time we may try for physical verification.

I think we may plan one expedition to that forest.

Third important matter is the information about the slum area.

Fourth important task is to verify the reaching point of the new road at the city Subarnpur. That means we have to visit Subarnpur.

I think this much is enough for to day's get together programme. It is already too late so we may stop the discussion now and make arrengement of return journey.

Everyone clapped .

Actually they accept all the statements and some friends remarked indicating some negative points, yes they are free to do that.

However the next week work is finalized by everyone's approval.

All leave the conference hall and come outside of the Planet club. Some friends are having powerful car and driver also so they can return to their home without any problem, but the friend who have to return by two wheeler they start their return journey together to avoid any problems.
