Celeste stands at the window in her bed chamber, gazing out of it. Now that she has slept all day, she feels a little energized. She sucks in a breath, filling her lungs with crisp cool air.
The hunger for blood roses from inside Celeste all over again, it won't do down how much she tries to suppress it. That's really really terrible. She knows she can't go out now and find someone to suck on their neck until her system is filled with blood that will help her survive for days.
But that is exactly what she's going to do now.
Celeste looks through the window, a wind creeps in and kisses her pale cheeks. The leaves of the trees outside glisten in the silver rays of moonlight, swaying in the breeze.
