Did I mention how much I hate the hospital? Despite a major headache that wasn't getting any better from all the noise and crying faces, I felt fine. However, the nurses and doctors would not listen to a word I said. I sighed until finally I couldn't take it anymore.
"My doctor is Dr. Eli Ivory. You're not allowed to touch me until he comes." Sometimes medical staff just need a little threat to get their minds on straight. At least in my experience.
While I waited for them to summon my doctor, I forced myself out of the hospital bed and into the small attached bathroom of the room. I stared at my appearance in the mirror. My medium brown hair from before was completely gone and replacing it was silvery white hair.
