"Half of the decors you see were bought and placed in their respective position by my late mum. I guess that is one of the reasons we were reluctant to get rid of them in the past," Tristan explained in an emotional tone.
"Since those things are that important then how about you reconsider hosting the party somewhere else…"
"No," Tristan interrupted abruptly. He tried to compose himself when he noticed he overreacted.
"I have a reason why I want the party to be held here. I can't shift the venue of the party to somewhere else," Tristan said with a tone of finality and Giavanna was smart enough not to argue with him or try to force her ideas on him.
"If that is the case we are gonna start with getting rid of the chandeliers, curtains, the paintings, those flower pots…" Giavanna kept on listing out the things they needed to replace.
