Crown Prince Arden watched as the palace gates opened, granting his carriage entrance.
The carriage continued moving just to stop again because of another carriage that was coming out of the palace.
Arden sighed impatiently, glancing out of the window to see who was leaving the palace at this hour. As the other carriage passed by, he caught a glimpse of the Marquis's emblem on the side, indicating that it was someone from the Marquis family. Arden's curiosity was piqued at the sight, wondering who it was between the father or daughter and what brought them to the palace.
It couldn't be the Marquis because there were no court meetings scheduled for the day.
