They both stared at each other; Thea stared at Aylin with trepidation while Aylin stared at her in question, wondering why the Princess was staring at her like that.
Deciding to ask directly, Aylin opened her mouth to talk but the queen interrupted. "What are you doing standing there? Won't you take a seat?" She demanded.
"Y–yes Mother, I'm sorry..." The princess spoke nervously before taking a seat in front of Andromeda, her eyes continuously darting over to Aylin.
"Princess Thea, it's been such a long time, hasn't it?" Rhea's mischievous voice rang out just as Thea slid into the chair, causing Thea to shift her attention onto Rhea.
"Rhea." Thea's dry tone complemented her expressionless face as she stared straight at Rhea, who was smiling at her.
"Aren't you supposed to welcome me back as you should?" Rhea asked teasingly. "I would love nothing more than for my ex-playmate to welcome me back home."
