Argholas is considering the pro and cons of buying new dwellers as sacrifice. On one side it will free Argholas from feeling guilty since he robbed his dwellers from their freedom to trap them in small city.
Their current living space also not as big as Argholas expected but at least the dwellers have enough room to express themselves. Meanwhile if he sacrifice his current dwellers, the citizens of new satellite city will be those that loyal to him. At least they know him and know that they have to obey him.
Fortunately, Sacrificing new dwellers means Argholas can find the races that is more suitable for living in confined situation. The dwellers will have all their needs without asking for a bigger place since they never know about such big place. It just they will not know Argholas and might consider him enemy if he ever show up in the city.
