Argholas is in the middle of magic experiment. He know that magic particles can change according one emotion or wish.
To wish for magic mean to give it shape and power without giving it reason. You make a spike of earth that spin so fast it turn into a sharp drill.
When you launch that drill, it will make hole on yout target. That is when you wish for magic, or command it to take certain shape and action.
But if you use your heart and give it to magic, the spell will work in different way but with greater power. Like making a rock ball when you are being hard headed. That rock ball, if launched to a target, will not only fly straight and hit the target but also remain in shape and only break when you are done being hard headed.
The feeling or emotions or characters that you put in that magic, will give it a form related to said emotion and act resembling it.
