Third Person's POV
Location-The council headquarters
In the center of a large hall was an enormous table that was circular in shape. Around the table were sixteen different styled chairs with different symbols engraved at the back. At the back of each chair stood different pillars from which beautiful tapestry hung each. The tapestries all had embroideries which depicted images of non-humane pictures. This was the council of the supernaturals. The place where every leader of different supernatural races gathered to maintain balance among themselves. Today the council hall that was usually empty had a gathering taking place.
Each race of the supernatural had leaders which was usually the strongest or the most knowledgeable amongst them; The takiens had their Gamma, the Sirena their emperor, the Sypista their chief, the Nyixtis their queen, the Baika and Lycaan their alphas, the Valkyrie their grim, the Zampa their lord, the Flandke their king, the Hexix their guardians, the Hexiak their queen mother, the Dragoi their zhen, the Gnaik their shifu, the Daimone their Kai and the Gagnor their elders. But at today's gathering not all council members were present. Seven elders were absent from today gathering in which five most important members of the council were part of the seven absent elders.
"Why were we summoned here," a slender and beautiful woman with a air around her that seemed to say back off or I'll kill you said as she brushed back a lock of her platinum blonde hair behind her left ear. Her nose scrunched up in faint disgust as her long pointed ears twitched sensitively. This woman was Jade the queen mother of the Hexiak, the guardian of their life tree. She moved her slanted green orbs over the faces of the council members that were present then she said.
"And who the hell summoned us here," holding a little seed captive between her thumb and her index finger she slowly gazed at it before she crushed it.
"Funny how I thought you summoned us here, Jade," a beautiful and petite man dressed in lavish blue robes said as he leered at Jade. He gazed at her slender body wrapped up in a toga with lust filled eyes. This man was Maine the emperor of the sirena. He had a vibrant hair color of red which didn't quite go well with his dull brown eyes. He was an arrogant leader that didn't have his people in his eyes. He looked down on everyone especially women who he thought were bed warmers and baby making machines. He was disliked by many including the council members who wished they could kick him out of the council but unfortunately he was the strongest sirena and only the strong could be a member of the council. Dumb and arrogant they called him.
Now Maine was disliked by many but no one disliked him more than the queen mother of the hexiak, Jade. She didn't just dislike him, she hated the very being of his existence. Feeling his gaze upon her skin she wished she could gouge out his eyes which disgusted her so much.
"If I was the one who called everyone for this gathering, trust me your name won't even appear on my list," fixing her bangs properly Jade replied curtly without even sparing Maine a glance.
"That is why you can't maintain relationships because you always try to appear dominant. If you wag your tail on all fours like the little bitch you are maybe I might make you me concubine," sitting with his legs opened slightly Maine stared at Jade with lust filled eyes.
A golden dagger out of nowhere suddenly shot right towards Maine's undergarments landing right between his legs dangerously close to his jewels.
"It's quite amusing to see you behave like a fool in front of millennium year old demons and monsters don't you think," sharpening his nails with a golden dagger Zhao the Zhen of the dragoi empire said blandly. His silver long hair which he held back with a forehead ribbon fluttered behind him blown by imaginary wind.
"Did you just attack m..." Maine started off saying only to pause when Zhao sent him a bone drilling gaze while showing him his sharp talons. A quiet trickle of liquid suddenly broke the silence in the huge room followed by an unpleasant smell polluting the air.
"what is that horrid smell," Selane, chief of the sypista said as she bloked her nostrils.
"no way, Maine did you soil your robes," a boy who looked like he was sixteen spoke. He goes by the name Baymore the Shifu of the Gnaik. Huge glasses framed his face as his short curly hair peeked out from under his hat.
"Disgusting," muttered Damon, the kai of the daimone tribe as he used the sleeve of his shirt to block his nose while his blood red hair rested on his shoulder.
"You should be called the emperor of fluids instead," Selane said as she let out a mischievous chuckle that made her green hair bounce.
"why do we allow this pup that can't even control is bladder in here," Moving his raven eyes over Maine Zach the alpha of the baikas spoke.
"Can't even handle a scare what are you, a mortal?" Tristan the lord of the zampa said.
"you will all pay for th..."Maine was saying when...
"By paying, you mean the chair and the rug you soiled, my nyixtis aren't cleaners It will have to be replaced with new furniture and may i remind you it is really expensive," said Flennea the queen of the nyixtis who was also in charge of the well keep of the council headquarters.
"shut up you whore," Maine said as he condensed an icicle.
"Enough of this, all of you," Damon said as he slammed his palm against the table. This worked quite effectively as the atmosphere became quiet at once.
"we were called for a reason and we are elders we do not bicker like newborns," meeting each and everyone's gaze he spoke slowly coming to rest his gaze on Maine. Maine used a cleansing spell on himself as he met Damon's gaze.
"Sorry for the childish behaviour Damon, it was unethical of us," Flennea apologized as she bowed her head.
"I understand. Now as we all asked before who called for the gathering," Damon said in a serious tone then in the quiet atmosphere of the meeting hall a deep voice rang out.
"I did".
