Pain was all Adam and Ella could feel at the moment. With staggering footsteps and heavy breaths, Ella made it to her room. Her mom was guilty of all the chaos she caused unintentionally. But she can't do anything, as the loss Ella has felt can't be reversed. She just stood there, looking sadly at her feet as Ella's whimpers pierced through her ears. Ella never told her what happened to Alexa. But she did know it was something terrible, as it was the second time her mother held her dreadful shrieks. The first time is a mystery for her too.
On the other side, Adam was running fast on the streets in order to calm himself down. to get some rest due to the tense situation he faced at Ella's house. He was saddened by all the events that caused him to breakdown. His mind can't help but reply to the last words he heard from Ella: "I lost him... "
"She was crying because of me?" Adam asks himself.
"Someone... cried for me?" He questioned again.
