Chapter 167 - 6. All Good Things Come To End.

My thoughts got clouded again for a moment, and I lost my grip on reality. I started walking down the corridor, and suddenly, I was very, very sad because I knew my children were going to starve to death because I didn't make a scene. The director won't pay me if I don't fuck.

And none of the men I stopped wanted to do a scene with me. I was some kind of porn star working for a promotional fee, and I didn't know where the idea had even come from. I could see my little boy and my girl sitting at home, skinny, and my daughter crying weakly from hunger, but my thoughts turned to the next thing.

The reality shifted again as nitrogen silver caused brain inflammation, which got worse by the minute. It also boosted my already messed up metabolism sky-high, causing my body to burn calories at an incredible speed.

I remembered I had to find the President and rescue him from the terrorists. I acted quickly and efficiently, and I knew I might get reprimanded for this, but I had been through so much shit already, and the President deserved my protection. I grabbed one terrorist and threw him against the wall. I didn't have a gun, but this terrorist knew me. I demanded to know where the president was. I was Jack Bauer. I resumed my interrogation, and again, my thoughts became foggy.

I had watched different TV series quite a lot in my time as a human, so I had a lot of material in my brain that got now dragged out, and their world became my reality for a minute or two until another one took their place.

Oh yeah, bake off. Now I was really nervous. Soon it would be my turn in this technical challenge. I set out determined to find a kitchen to make a souffle that Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood would judge. I hoped my souffle would be successful and that I wouldn't screw up too badly. I also thought that I hoped Paul Hollywood didn't flirt with me because I would blush and blush hard, or if he shakes my hand. Oh, my god, if I would get a handshake.

On the way, I noticed that my patient was walking down the hall. I was on my way to do a Whipple, and I was wondering if I should put myself back in diapers if the surgery drags on so I can piss and drink properly. It's not good to have surgery if you're not hydrated. I grabbed my patient and started dragging him towards the operating theatre. Now, let's cut out the liver. I didn't understand what the problem was when I was Meredith Grey, a top surgeon. They should praise me, but the damn students, they know nothing. I am attending a surgeon here. Daughter of a legend, and this damn first-year student is trying to take away my operation.

Damon was on the cruise ship with Brianna. They were very much in love, like vampires would be. That love was not real, but it was what Brianna was after. Brianna had already given Damon a vampire potion and got him to sign the divorce papers. They were on their way to Mimi's to get Mimi to sign the papers.

He saw the door to the cabin open, and Sark pushed Mimi out. The door closed and locked. What in the world...?

Mimi staggered on her feet and seemed sedated, then started down the corridor with Damon following. Brianna was looking neutrally at the scene. Not indicating that she actually had been dealing with Sark in the past and considered this an ally. Sark had provided that little vampire potion for her.

If Sark wanted to study Mimi when Brianna would have taken her in her court, that could be negotiable. Brianna wouldn't give her for free. No. She had heard of Mimi after that vampire wedding, and the more she heard, the more she saw Mimi as an opportunity but also a threat because Brianna wanted Damon, and Mimi had Damon. Well, not anymore.

Damon observed his Ex-wife. Mimi seemed to ask something, almost pleading, and the men just shook their heads and hurried away; suddenly, Mimi attacked one of the old women, slammed her into the wall, and started questioning the president; she said she was Jack Bauer.

Yeah. Great, Damon thought. Mimi's gone crazy. Good cruise. But he had a better wife now, a princess, and Mimi was nothing more than an obstacle—the past. Damon made the old woman forget all about it as Mimi continued on her way again. Soon, Mimi was determinedly dragging one old man towards a deckchair, knife in hand, threatening to cut the poor man's liver off. Brianna told Damon to put Mimi in her place. She wondered what the hell had gotten into her. Could that be of any use if it's so unstable?

Damon went to intervene, and Mimi wrapped herself around him and was very horny. Mimi jumped into his arms and started fucking in the middle of the aisle. Damon felt nothing and tried to get Mimi off of him.

He didn't want to fuck Mimi at all. But Mimi made him come, and he somehow kept filling her up. Mimi was kind of fucked up, totally fucked up.

Damon got Mimi off of him and hit her on the cheek with his open palm and hard as she tried to go down on her knees and get Damon to go on.

Aha, this wants to make a scene. Let's be hot now, then, climbing almost into this one's arms, kissing and undressing, his pants already open. Oh yeah, bare dick. Yes, soon I'll get paid so the kids don't starve to death.

Let's jump up and pierce ourselves all at once. Oh, this is big, but that's okay; let's fuck wildly. Yeah, this is involved.

Let's get us both to come and jump down and get on all fours. "Take me now and make sure the directors can see that I'm genuinely fucking. I don't want my kids to starve to death." Oh, it's not fucking anymore.

Now it's picking me up and trying to talk.

All of a sudden, the slap against my cheek made my mind reel; I came back to reality and looked at Damon.

He glared at me and said, "What the fuck is wrong with you? Well, it's a good thing I got a divorce. We're not married anymore, Mimi; the divorce is already final. I went through it myself as your doctor; I was, and I don't want to be anymore. I'm a vampire prince, and I deserve to be a princess. Brianna. I've done what I was hired to do with you, got you fucked, and taken care of a few heats. So now I'm free of you, you fucking freak. No more need to tend to your every whim or pick in fever off the floor. I am blissfully free of you. God dammit, I shoulda done this sooner. This feels so great to be really free. Brianna will get me a vampire divorce, and I'm no longer attached to you!"

I looked at Damon. I knew he was telling the truth, that he felt nothing for me, and the whole thing was just a staged business transaction. Somehow, I knew he meant every word. How was I supposed to know that he was actually under the influence of a vampire potion? And more so, did it really matter, even if he was? If this was something that he felt deep down.

I saw him wrapping himself around Brianna and kissing her passionately. I didn't want to be in this reality. The pain that tore my soul apart burned me. The feeling was too much, and I didn't know how to deal with it; this pain, the racking mental anguish of having my heart ripped out of my chest and stomped on, was too much; I felt the silver working in my brain, and I let it come over me. I didn't want to be Mimi. I could be Jack Bauer all I wanted. The painful reality disappeared and was replaced by everything else. This was so much easier than dealing with the pain and agony.

Damon smiled, so his fangs showed.

Brianna said, "That's crazy; maybe you shouldn't drink from it; you knew what it was poisoned with."

Damon nodded and watched as the pain he had seen disappeared from Mimi's eyes, and the confusion that had taken over her returned as Mimi let it come over her. Damon snorted and looked at Mimi haughtily. Mimi was a weak freak, and he was free of her.

The Vampire's potion cleared all the feelings out of his mind; he did not know about the vampire potion. Or it's influence on him. He had had it in the past, and he had killed every single woman who had made him drink it. Every single one. But Brianna's version was Sark's handiwork, a different taste, much more potent and addictive even.

Mimi came closer to him, tilted her head, and looked at him. Then she wrapped herself around him, and Damon felt her hand on his neck, but Mimi was fast and broke Damon's neck before he could act.

Fine. Ah, the vampire. I can't kill this one yet, but let's wrap our hands around his neck and, in just the right spot and just crunch it, put the unconscious vampire man down. Let's go find where the fuck Guillermo is lurking. The pain of the divorce and reality sank further and further down. Nothing mattered anymore.

Damon woke up in the hallway, and the first thing he felt was rage trying to surface. Oh fuck, Mimi actually snapped his neck. The rage crept close to the surface. Missy needed a lesson in what happens when you play with fire, but then again, it was obvious something was wrong with Mimi and badly.

Damon's rage subsided as Brianna gave him more vampire potion and took him to her cabin. They didn't go to Damon's cabin. She would get him new clothes and things. Damon didn't care if there was something very wrong with Mimi. Brianna didn't want Damon to teach her anything- Brianna also noticed the evil inside Damon and knew that the vampire juices kept that side of him asleep very well.

Maybe someday she could bring that side out and use it to her advantage, make a deal with it, but not yet. It was time for her to experience the best lover in the world. It didn't matter that she had drugged Damon with a vampire potion, and none of his feelings were genuine; Brianna knew nothing about genuine feelings. All she cared about was her own lusts and needs. And, of course, her status.

Nick, Elias, and Rebecca were together in a restaurant, discussing what they should do about the whole damn Salvatore thing. Now that he was married to Brianna, he could cause them problems.

But then Nick saw Mimi. This one was dirty and skinny; Nick smelled another powerful cocktail of satanic drugs here. Elias and Rebecca furrowed their brows, too. Damon obviously didn't care about Mimi anymore, and now might be the time for them to act.

But the Mimi was quick. She was disappearing at vampire speed somewhere, and they had limited options for action. They set out to find Adam. Adam was a tired man who had just finished negotiating and was in a restaurant eating by himself.

Nick, Elias, and Rebecca told him all about the divorce, Brianna, and most importantly, Mimi. They also told him that Mimi had been fighting for three weeks in an illegal fight club, and they had seen Sark here on the boat. But Mimi was in awful shape. Confused and sick, Mimi would be an easy target for Sark if he was still planning to do anything. Adam went looking for Mimi and told the vampires to bring Bran up to date.
