Chapter 6 - Episode 5- The Transfer Student Against the Genius Prince [Redacted]ss (Part Three)

"I guess, I should begin my counterattack now, we have been playing with each other for too long and I'm not about to stay here all day and play around with you."

Before channeling mana in the area, those were the words he had spoken with a confident tone, there was no wavering in his body tone whatsoever. That was how she knew that even though he was playing around he was stronger than she would ever be at her current level. But that alone was not going to be enough to stop her. She didn't take into account that Shito was stronger than her, but she was going to put her full strength on display, hoping that was going to be enough to beat him.

"Four great elements… Burst!" The Vermillion princess, Tenka, shouted.

Those were the words she spoke before a huge flash of mana busted out of her body; the mana took the form of all four elements. The wind started blowing heavily in the dome-shaped arena and there was water flooding the arena and creating a big thunderstorm... And the earth and fire elements cracked the ground creating a volcanic-like structure that was filled with heated mana.

With his strength, I know the four great elements aren't going to be enough for me to defeat him… so I'm going to have to combine the elements and use sub- elements, that would be strong enough to take him out.

Tenka was combining the four great elements to create sub-elements. While there were all types of elements in the world. The magic abilities that would classify someone as irregular were elements that can't be created through the four elements alone.

The talent one must have to be able to cast all four great elements and combine them all at the same time was rare, but she was up against someone who was even better than her in magic.

"Go thunderstorm, wreak havoc upon my enemy!" Tenka said as the thunderstorms started to destroy everything in the area. But that wasn't the only thing that was going on because the ground below them started to reach boiling point, "...Volcanic rupture!"

The volcanic structure that was covering the arena began to burst open, the area was getting hotter and hotter, and the temperature was reaching over one thousand two hundred degrees Fahrenheit.

That's interesting… this girl has a lot of talent, and to be able to cast all those spells simultaneously, without taking a break is worth noting she is a strong person that would do anything to protect her freedom. But I'm not going to give you an easy win since I have a job that must be done in this school.

The crowd was looking at the arena noticing all the chaotic weather that Tenka was creating, and they were wondering if it was possible for one person to do all of that by themselves.

"That attack looks like it might kill him." A female first-year student said looking at all everything that was happening in the arena.

Another student looked at it too and she was silent for about before she opened her mouth to say, "You are right, shouldn't someone be stopping this fight before someone is killed." she said clearly worried about what was going to happen to the students that were fighting.

Shito looked around and saw all the destruction that was happening in front of his eyes, and he snapped his fingers and a big black ball appeared in front of him and he just stared at it.

There was no point in him dragging the battle on any longer because he had found out every weak point that was present in her attack. There was noting that his eyes could not find for him, the eyes that could see through attacks, read, and even copy movements… there was really nothing that could not be done by him.

She may have trained her hardest to reach the stage she is in now… but her attacks still lack any type of refinement. To any other mage or swordsman, she would be a threat to them, a force that could instantly kill middle-rank mages. But I'm going to break all the hard work that she put into casting that spell.

With that last thought, his mind was made up, crushing the opponent that was in front of him was the only thought that was present in his mind. While he was not going to use anything close to his full power. The girl worked so hard to fight with him and in return, he was going to crush her.

In some mage's book that would be considered the kindest thing because it shows that the person was at least taking them seriously. Having your attack destroyed gives you an opportunity to learn what was wrong with the attack you unleashed and gives you the opportunity to improve it.

"Hollow Space."

Those were the words he said after releasing his attack, none of the attacks she had in her arsenal was going to be able to destroy the attack he released, the attack was made from nothingness from the deepest parts of darkness. While no one was going to ever know what it was made of, he and his sister were the only people who could control the energy from the void.

The area became clear again and Shito stared at his opponent ready to end that fight that had been going on for so long.

In a single minute, the tables had turned, and he completely shattered all the magic that she worked so hard to conjure up was completely obliterated in her face, nothing could be done anymore. With the energy of the void, he nullified the effects of the magic spells that she shot at him. A body that was made up of darkness. A darkness that could instantly kill anyone no matter how strong someone is.

"What the hell was th–"

Everything was going dark for Tenka, she felt the ground under her feet moving, and her thoughts faded into darkness. It was something she had never felt before, she was passing out, but she didn't know what hit her, until she saw a figure that was standing in front of her, and it was none other than the transfer student, Shito Mahinu.

He was as fast as light, nothing in the arena could sense the speed he was moving at. Tenka was a person who was trained in dodging light-speed beams, and she was easily knocked out before she even knew what hit her.

There on the ground lay the princess from the Vermillion family, unconscious and defenseless.

"The winner of this match is, Shito Mahinu!"

Tine called the victory for the duel and with that, the battle between the princess and the transfer student came to an end, the results left everyone in the arena shocked, everyone in the arena could not comprehend what had happened before their eyes, they saw that she looked like she had the upper hand and saw the tables turn in an instant.

A battle that seemed to be in the favor of the Vermillion princess because of her family status was crushed in front of so many people. Everyone in the arena was so quick to use someone's 'status' that they completely ignored the person that she was fighting, he was strong, and no one knew it. But was it wrong to cheer for the person that has a better family status? The is simple. No there is no problem with cheering for someone with a better family status but people that do that tend to miss the talented people that are strong enough to fight.
