Their feet were fast and hard to follow. But Ji Sung must, as he was being sandwiched left and right, even in the back and front, by those men in black. He felt like a superstar in full swing guarded by security.
Many eyes were in awe. They even opened the way for Ji Sung and his 'new friends'.
He must find one answer to remedy his nervousness. "Excuse me, who sent you all?"
"Soon you will find out, Childe." As the taller and more handsome glasses man, he became the lawyers' leader. His sharp eyes peeled from his glasses. "You must be fortunate to speak with our lady, let alone make her care for you this much. How?"
Instead of an answer, Ji Sung got a new question. That word was like bait and successfully caught his attention. But before his lips could open, the glasses man beat him to do it.
"Who are you?" The tall lawyer kept studying Ji Sung and making a guess. "Look like you came from not at the same status as our Lady."
Ji Sung snug, borrowing his words. "Soon you will find out, Great Lawyer."
Since the lawyer refused to answer, Ji Sung had no obligation to give his answer either. Let them taste their own medicine.
The typical warm breeze hammered Ji Sung's face as they came onto the front deck. The sky was already dark, and the city was vibrant with light.
Many police were iced, whispered from a side, admiring the five black cars that accompanied one white limousine. Catching drap shoes from many men in black, they stiffened like a bamboo stalk as they whispered.
"Is that man which Jo Wo bring early?"
"Is he a Childe from a wealthy family?"
"Perhaps he is a bastard from top officials."
"Or jo-pok prince."
"Oh my god, he is such a handsome man and rich! He got it all."
"Shit, he looks like a hot model. Should we take a picture of him? Who knows, perhaps in the future, he will become famous."
The camera flash rained on Ji Sung's face for a while.
It was such a warm breeze for Jo Sung's ears. Unfortunately, they were wrong. He was just a poor child. But still, being called a Childe was not a bad thing. Even while he pouted at them, the police slightly bowed in respect. Perhaps someday, he will make sure everyone calls Him a Childe.
They stopped at the front of the white limousine door. Ji Sung could see a reflection of his face in the black window.
His chest was heavy. His legs became a sponge. His mind failed to calm down. They said Han's didn't send them. Then who? Ji Sung only knew Yeon as a wealthy lady that would bail him out.
Once more, he asked the lawyer. "Who is your boss?"
The lawyer smirks as he corrects the position of his glasses. "Find out for yourself, Childe. Excuse us. We're done with our job. Good night and have fun." He and other lawyers entered their car that just came, leaving a limousine entourage.
Now, what should Ji Sung do? Yes, of course, thank her for everything, but after that, what? He knew people never helped others for free, especially strangers.
"Childe, Young Lady is waiting for you." another man in the suit, with a friendly face bowed, snapped Ji Sung from his mind. A man in a suit opened the door for Childe.
Ji Sung did not rush into the door. Instead, he took a time, peeking inside, and got flabbergasted.
A sweet petite girl seated inside in the dark. Glamoured long satin party gown, showing much of her upper feet skin. Her smooth dark hair was left free at the back, and a few strands covered her forehead. With a sweet expression, she raised a wine glass filled with white wine as Ji sung noticed a bottle of white wine stood boldly on the car wall.
"Welcome, and congrats to you, Han Ji Sung."
No one in their right mind would deny Ha Un is beautiful tonight. She manages Ji Sung goin rock hard. He was an ordinary man, and his mind went wild.
"What's wrong, never seeing an attractive girl before?" Her smug face ruined Ji Sung's mood.
"Oh god." Ji Sung grabbed her glasses and drank the wine. Now he was sure it was white wine, not Coke or Syrup. "Are you at the right age for drinking?"
Her face reddened like an ample "How dare you question me! Hey, where are you going?!"
Ji Sung pulled himself and strode away with his hand hidden in his trouser pocket, ignoring the girl who yelled inside the limousine. He was in the right mind. If he stayed there, that crazy woman could do anything. He doesn't want to deal with Ha Un.
Half of her body popped out from the limousine. "Where are you going, Punk? You can't leave me like this! Hey, do you hear me?!"
A limousine accompanies Ji Sung as Ha Un yells at him from inside. Her voice and limousine entourage captivated many eyes and made many cars dead stop to watch them.
"Get in. I already bailed you out. Get in or face the consequences! Yang Ji Sung, do you hear me?!" She brushes and throws out a wine bottle at Ji Sung.
Ji Sung caught it and slowed his pace. "I never ask you to bail me out, do I?"
"But still, it cost me money, dickead!"
"Whatever. Leave me alone."
"Did your mother never teach you how to behave in front of a lady?! Stop. We need to talk."
That word stalled Ji Sung on his track and created a disturbance inside him. If Ha Un were a man, he would already punch her in the face. But no, his mother never taught him to wrong women. She always told him to respect and have a higher regard for evil or good women.
"Good, I have something to talk about with you, too," said Ji Sung.
The limousine stooped right behind him, then the door opened. Two men in suits forced him to sit inside. The entourage continued to ride out.
As the entourage moved, Ji Sung noticed a white car stopped on the side. Someone he knew got out of that car.
