Chereads / Hero System Make Me Rich / Chapter 6 - 6. Welcome to Terra

Chapter 6 - 6. Welcome to Terra

The slim petite girl in a strange fantasy cloth crossed her hand at the front of her breastplate. Her shirt was sleeveless. Her skirt covered an ankle, and below it, long white socks. She studied Ji Sung's condition.

"Are you a comedian or what? That is only a low wolf. Slim monsters would be more dangerous than them."

"Comedian—how could you say that when people almost lose their lives! Do you even consider yourself human?"

"Yeah, I am. Are you pranking me or what?"

"Prank? Help me! Help me before I die!"

The girl rubbed his cute chin as her almond eyes studied Ji Sung more. "Wait a minute, you… I have never seen you before. Are you new here?"

"I will pay you. I will do anything, be your slave if I must! But please, save me!" Ji Sung snapped while one of the wolves tried to bite his lower body. "Aaarh, don't bite me there. Don't you dare bite my ball!"

The girl giggled, covering his lips. "Okay, okay. I will help." She kicked the naughty wolf. Her action attracted the attention of other wolves.

Yet, she didn't budge when the wolf leaped on her. With bare hands, she punched the wolf. One of the wolf's fangs was broken off. The wolf acted like a dog while scared.

The other wolves all leaped on her.

She pushed her ring, and from thin air, the white sword emerged. Grabbing it tilt, she leaped backward. While the wolf took a stance, she dashed forward with her sword pointed at those wolves.

Her long dark hair, neatly tied by a butterfly-shaped red ribbon, danced with the wind. "Thousand stabs!" Her stabs were pronto, hard to follow, but to the right target.

She landed behind those wolves, who got stunned. As she casually tosses her sword into the sky, it disappears, then all the stunned wolves behind her drop dead like a log.

"They—are they all dead?" Ji Sung's voice trembled, disbelieving what he just witnessed.

"Hmm, hmm." She nodded slightly, "Why are you so serious about it? Never seen it before?" she said mockingly.

Yes, he had never seen it before. Everything for him was the first time. Ji Sung couldn't cast his eyes away from those wolves. They almost killed him, yet, this girl, with one leap, eliminated them all.

She sniped back from his thin snow-white shoulder. "Hmm? Do you want to pelt them? That would waste your time, you know. Their fur was bad, D-grade. One of them, one bronze coin each. If you want, you can take those pelts."

"Wha—what do you mean? Pelting?"

"Hmm, hm. Still, you could use those to create a new shirt."

"What are you?" Ji Sung asked, in amazement, his eyes brightly shining gold.

"What am I? You mean who I am?"

Ji Sung nodded. She is such a cheery girl, a cute one, yet dangerous. Everyone who could trounce those wolves must be hazardous. Yet, she saved Ji Sung. That means she must be a good person. Or at least for now.

"Come on, new guy. You want to stay there for the whole day?" She lent a hand.

"Thank you." Grabbing her soft white hand, Ji Sung rose back to his seat.

"You're not trying to prank me off, do you?" she asked.

"No, why should I prank you? Uhm, who are you?"

"Rinoa Karsak, Aspirant Knight of the White Robe." her right palm patted his left chest. "Ready to help anyone who needs it. Anyway, may I see your ID?"

"Oh, Oh, wait. I hope the water didn't ruin mine." He grabbed his wallet from the back pocket of his pants.

The wallet is wet. The money is much. Thanks for Kang Seon Jin's special swimming training. Luckily, his ID was intact. Here is my Id, and this is my University card. Yeah, I know, right, prestigious University. I am a scholarship student."

Ji Sungbalways, being proud of his best achievement, became one of those Scholarship students at Seoul University. She must be stunned by the Seoul University Student. Many moms would gladly marry their daughter to a Seoul Student.

Rinoa studied his card as she rubbed her chin. Her eyes narrowed in confusion. "So this is what travelers always carry in their wallets. Hmm, just like Ha Un. But, what I mean is, not this one."

"Then drive license? I haven't, sorry." Ji Sung said.

"No, no, I didn't need this or any other card of yours." She returned Ji Sung's card. "Let me show my identity."

Lifting her palm, Rinoa closed her beautiful eyes for a while. When it opens, their table pops up from thinner at her front.

[Name: Rinoa Karsak

Race: Human

Home World: Terra.]

Ji Sung's eyes were wide open. He drops his jaw. "Woah, cool! Are you a magician?"

"I am not Elvian, you know. Wait, you didn't know anything?" She genuinely asks. "Who are you?"

"Ahm, I'm Yang Ji Sung, a Seoul student. Not a Traveler."

Ji Sung was completely confused by everything that was happening. He tells everything in detail to her. From Kang Seon Jin, the Seoul sewer system, the strange door, and the forest, until that freaking wolf chases him, meets four unknown men, and meets Rinoa.

"You seem confused," Rinoa said. "Come, come with me to the city."

"If possible, I want to go back to Seoul. I have to go to college, I have work to do, and I need to see my Mom. You must help me return to Earth!"

"Okay, okay, calm down." From her voice, Ji Sung realized that Rinoa was also confused. "I don't know much about Travelers, but I know who knows you better."

"What traveler? I don't understand," Ji Sung replied.

"The bracelet you're wearing, only Traveler wear that. Okay, so you want to go home but don't know how to open the Isekai Gate. Then we need to go to the travelers' mansion. Only travelers and royal officials know how to activate that stone gate. Come on, with me. "

Ji Sung let out a long, deep breath. All he wanted was to go home and rest.

Rinoa stepped back in front of Ji Sung. "Be the way, new guy. Welcome to Terra."
