Reina proceeded toward the East wing further into an eerie passageway, that felt darker and colder than the other areas in the castle, even though there were torches burning lustrously on the wall.
Reina finally halted in front of towering double doors, engraved with Gothic cravings on every inch of the door, leaving a guttural sense on it. The room was almost at the end of the eerie hallway, which was quite odd for Rama.
"This is the King's chambers, you can go in, I doubt he's inside or wait, I'll knock instead." Reina said in a slightly nervous tone and she gulped softly before hovering her clenched fist in front of the door to knock.
Rama felt her heart pace elevate as Reina knocked on the door which echoed in the empty hallway.
No reply came from within and Reina's shoulders dropped in relief.
