"10, 20, 30, 40, 50..." Clay counted on.
"170 Cits" Clay nodded, turning to look at the other coins he had yet to count.
"10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 Silts, not bad, it's enough to buy a batch of materials"
"But should I?" Clay hesitated.
"I'll first go to Jim's Maps to see if there is anything that can catch my eye"
With that said Clay grabbed his map and teleported directly inside Jim's store, not caring whether he would surprise or alarm people in the process.
Clay's vision turned black and moments after his vision returned, this time he wasn't in his room but instead, he was inside Jim's store.
"Sup Jim" Clay briefly glanced at the dwarf whose mouth was agape.
"Hmm, what map do I need" Clay pondered as he wanted to know what kind of map would generate the most money to make more maps.
'There will always be customers given enough time, so I guess I need to make maps about kingdoms or even bigger so that my customers have more options to choose from'
"Excuse me, do you have any maps about kingdoms?" Clay asked Jim.
"Uhh, yeah, I'll go get them" Jim replied with a dazed voice as he went to the backrooms.
Clay chuckled hearing this.
'It feels good awing people' Clay grinned.
He waited for a while before Jim appeared again.
"These are some maps I have, take a look at what you need" Jim dropped the maps on the table at the center of the room.
"Thanks, I'll check them now"
There were all types of maps on the table, the ones Jim brought were all kingdom-type maps, they weren't all the maps of kingdoms that exist in the world but there were many maps of kingdoms in the pile, in short, it was plenty enough for Clay.
Clay was looking for the map that looked the biggest to his eyes, because the bigger the kingdom, the more places his map could offer to other people and himself.
He was thinking of what maps to choose when he was struck with an intrusive thought.
'Wait, what if I can lend my maps to the military, wouldn't they become an elite force capable of appearing in the middle of enemy bases?' Clay shuddered at the thought of troops suddenly materializing from light particles and ambushing an unsuspecting kingdom.
'No, there is no guarantee that I would get money from that, and all that bloodshed would be on my hands' Clay shook the thought off his head.
Soon Clay found a map that suited his criteria, two maps to be exact. They were quite bigger than all the rest, they illustrated kingdoms that Clay do not have any information of.
'These maps are quite big but I do not know what those kingdoms are, guess I'll ask Jim'
"Hey, Jim?"
"Hm?" Jim turned to Clay from the counter.
"Can you tell me more about the kingdoms on these maps" Clay showed the two maps to Jim.
"Alright" Jim huffed out as he approached Clay.
The smell of ink and hard work tickled Clay's nose as Jim inspected the maps he was holding.
"This ere', is a map of the Kingdom of Lanor, it has mixed races, with humans being the minority of the population, it's quite fair in the treatment of foreigners as I've been there myself" Jim nodded as he looked at the other map.
"This, on the other hand, is very oppressive and discriminant to mixed races, I don't recommend going to the Yilya Kingdom, a lot of pureblood humans that act high and mighty live there, with most of the unfortunate mixed races that are living there being slaves of humans" Jim said with a disgusted tone.
"Oh" Clay raised one of his brows at the description of the map.
"I guess I'll take the map of Lanor then, how much does it cost?" Clay asked.
"Hmm, 2 Silts" Jim handed the map to Clay.
"Alright, here" Clay rummaged his pouch for two Silts before giving it to Jim.
"Pleasure doing business with you" Jim grunted out as he walked to his counter.
"Likewise" Clay smiled.
Clay then took out his tier two map and teleported back to his room shortly after.
..
.
Clay stretched as his nearly complete arms were still forming from the light.
'No matter how many times I teleport I will never get used to the feeling of suddenly blacking out and waking up like I took a short nap'
"Alrighty, time to make another map" Clay placed the materials for the tier two map on his bed that was laying on the floor under the bed.
'System, create map'
<10 EXP, and 2 randomly allocated stat points received>
Clay raised his brows at the pleasant surprise of getting stat points from creating a map.
Briefly ignoring the map that he had created, Clay opened his status.

Then he turned his attention to the map on his table, inspecting it to make sure there weren't any problems or deformities.
Unnamed Map (Tier 2)|
\A tier 2 map created by Clay Mapa, an amateur mapper, this map can show a first-person view of the Kingdom of Lanor and can teleport to any area shown in the map./
'So far I have tier 2 maps of Lanor, Eris, and Adurep, which means I can teleport anywhere within those kingdoms' Clay thought as he was gradually fearing the potential of his system.
'F-class or not, the usefulness of this system is very clear' Clay was relieved he didn't get a system that was actually befitting of the title 'F-class'.
"Phew, if a bad person got this system then I can't imagine what chaos they could cause" Clay stopped thinking about his system, moving on to the topic of eating.
'I wonder what dinner is, considering our budget is much higher compared to before' Clay thought as he was looking forward to his meal.
