As Elijah stepped into the tutorial ground, he found it to be empty except for a small fairy floating in the air. He approached her, and she greeted him, informing him that he was the first person to arrive. Elijah wondered if anyone else was coming, but the fairy didn't answer his question. Instead, she began to explain how training worked in this world.
"Normal training methods, like weightlifting and meditation, can help increase your stats," she said, "but they'll only be effective until your stats break through to 10. Once that happens, you'll be considered a trainee."
The fairy went on to explain that trainees were divided into nine ranks, with each rank corresponding to an attribute. For example, if Elijah's strength increased to 12, he would be considered a rank 2 trainee in strength.
"But what about me?" Elijah asked. "I don't have any training or special skills, so what rank am I?"
The fairy looked at him closely and said, "You may not have any formal training, but your luck attribute is nearly maxed. That gives you a significant advantage, even without any training. You're basically on the cusp of becoming a trainee, and with that kind of luck, you might even surpass some trainees."
Elijah was surprised by this revelation but also intrigued. He asked the fairy if there was any way to speed up his training or gain an advantage.
The fairy smiled and said, "Actually, there is. Since this is a game-like world, we have a tutorial for every newcomer. As part of the tutorial, you'll have a chance to spin a wheel with various prizes. The prizes range from basic training manuals to legendary ones that can make you a planetary warrior."
Elijah was excited at the prospect of winning a legendary manual, but the fairy warned him that the chances were slim. Nevertheless, he decided to give it a try.
He spun the wheel, and to everyone's surprise, it stopped on a space called "Beginner's Blessing." The fairy's eyes widened in shock as she realized what had happened.
"You...you rolled a Beginner's Blessing?!" she exclaimed. "That's incredibly rare, even for someone with maxed luck like you."
Elijah was taken aback by the fairy's reaction. "What does that mean? What did I win?"
The fairy smiled and said, "You've won a legendary training manual for the Maharlika, a group of warriors who were able to repel more technologically advanced invaders. This manual focuses on developing the body and mind. And that's not all. You also won a genetic potion Z, which will help you train faster and more effectively."
Elijah couldn't believe his luck. He felt like he was starting to understand the way this world worked, and he was excited to see what he could accomplish with his newfound items.
