The remaining days she spent in the house was so bitter for her, she leaving a place she grew up for ages to spend with someone she never knew. "What if he kills me, what if he as promiscuous as he said". Several thoughts ran through her head and she started reconsidering life.
She is going to be sold off to a man for a company merger. A man whose name she doesn't even know.
She just sat in her wardrobe closet and cry. She heard a knock on her door and she stood up from the closet.
"Hi my money maker," Ezekiel said as she walked into Lilith room as some maid came in holding a gown and other accessories.
"Nooo, she said in her mind.
"Just two days to your wedding," he said signaling to the maids to drop the stuffs. They hung the gown on a standing hanger and dropped the shoes, make up and other stuffs on her table.
"Be thankful am spending money on you though," he said before he walked out.
"That's right her father has never spent his money on her just for a minute, it was her mother who bought clothes and other stuffs for her, if not for her mother she'd be a tomboy or be looking homeless by now. She just doesn't like her mother unspoken words of love for her.
As he walked out, she set her eyes on the gown and for the first time an evil thought set on her mind.
She then stood up opened her drawer then took a scissors and ripped the clothes into pieces. When she was done she just sat there looking at the gown like a proud doctor looking at his amazing stitches.
"Do you know what you have," the voice said.
"I know and I don't regret it," she said to him.
"Fuck," the voice said as if leaving to get something.
After admiring her handwork she went to take a shower and when she came out she dressed up and sat on her bed. As she looked up, she noticed something was different.
"The gown," she shouted and she could hear voice giggle at the expression that settled on her face.
