Markus and Goenma stared at Terris.
" You ready?" Markus asked Goenma. There was no doubt in his mind that Markus knew he was going to need help in this fight.
" Yes. But I don't know for how long, I can go on. What about you?"
" I don't really have long, myself. I can see this is going to be bad." Markus said to the man. He had a smirk on his face that told exactly how tired he was.
" You know I can hear the two of you over there, right? Tell me, how do you plan on taking me down?" Terris asked.
" Together!" Markus shouted.
*Zoom!
*Zoom!
Markus and Goenma both rushed Terris together, with Markus taking the lead.
Terris raised his staff and blocked Markus' fist and tossed him to the side, before spinning his staff back around and deflecting Goenma with his staff and throwing him to the side.
Goenma landed on his feet and swung his sword at Terris, sending out a single blade of lightning right towards the man.
Terris, raised his staff and blocked the blade of lightning, exactly like Goenma wanted him to do.
The moment the lightning hit his staff, it burst, into a stream, and clouded his vision all around him.
" That won't work. Above." Terris called out Markus' next move, before the lightning could even finish dispersing. He looked up to the sky, and sure enough Markus was falling straight towards him.
" Shooting Star!" Markus dove towards Terris, using Soru and Iron body together to increase his attack power.
" Not bad." Terris muttered. As Terris waited for Markus, a sudden feeling of two hands grabbing onto his leg, drew his attention. " Huh?" Terris looked down at Jinshi, who had regained his composure and smirked. " Not dead yet?"
" Black Lion Roar!" Jinshi opened his mouth and fired a shockwave, hitting Terris point blank, blasting off of him and knocking him into the air, setting Markus up perfectly.
However, before Markus could hit Terris, the ground shifted below, and a portion of it raised up into the air and blocked the strike before it hit Terris, stopping Markus completely in his tracks.
" Impressive! But not good enough." Terris exclaimed. He closed his hand, save for two fingers and pointed them into the air. " Giga Crush!" With a wave of his hand, the very ground beneath him tore itself apart and launched multiple large rocks the size of boulders at Markus, as he floated in the air.
" Damn it!" Markus cursed. He dodged the rocks coming at him left and right, avoiding each one just narrowly, but enough.
That's when Terris smirked.
" What goes up, must come down. Giga Fall!" With a motion of his hands, the rocks that went soaring high into the air like missiles, all came crashing back down towards Markus.
' Oh, no.' Markus saw the rocks coming from behind him but couldn't find a way to move out of their path. They were coming right towards him.
*Swip!
" Black Lion's Crushing Fang!"
" Lightning blade!"
Jinshi and Goenma both jumped into the air and saved Markus from the oncoming rush of rocks. Smashing and cutting them apart at once.
" Thanks." Markus muttered.
" Don't mention it." Jinshi told the man.
" Stay focused you two, he's preparing his next attack." goenma told the two men.
Markus looked below as Terris was already preparing his next attack.
Terris raised his left hand to the sky and shouted, " Giga Lock!" Two giant hands made of stone shot up from the ground, and threaten to imprison the three men.
" BLACK"
" LIGHTNING"
" BLACK LION"
The three men started charging up their haki, and attacked the hands together.
" STAR!"
" CIRCUS!"
" CRUSHING FIST!"
The three men unleashed their attacks all at once, and together they managed to completely blow away the giant rock formations.
The rocks all crashed towards the ground, and with nothing keeping them occupied, Markus Goenma and Jinshi all landed on the ground.
However, Goenma and Markus found themselves bending the knee.
" What's this? Bending the knee already? But we haven't even begun yet." Terris mocked the two men for falling short for even a moment.
" What are you two doing?" Jinshi asked.
" Damn it...." Markus cursed himself. His body was beginning to feel like lead. Each step he took, every movement he made brought him closer and closer to reaching his limit.
" I hate to say it.... But I think I maybe reaching my limit sooner than I thought." Goenma muttered.
" What are you talking about? Limits? There's no such thing as limits. Not in this fight." Jinshi muttered. He staggered slightly, obviously still feeling the effects of the harsh beating Terris had already given him. But even then, he refused to let it show on his face. " Don't you two get it? We're all that's left. The others aren't strong enough. If we don't kill him here, he's going to wipe out everyone else on this island." Jinshi noted.
There was an ominous aura coming from Terris.
" What's the matter? You guys scared? You should be." Terris muttered.
" Get up. As much as I hate to admit it, I need your help to bring him down." Jinshi admitted. He was beyond feeling pride at this moment. All that truly mattered was that he lived to see Terris fall. Nothing else mattered.
" Gah... You know, when ya talk like that, you almost sound sensible." Markus muttered as he slowly pulled himself back to his feet.
" I know. I never thought I'd hear the day." Goenma exclaimed.
" Don't go gettin all soft on me. I just don't want nobody in this world thinking they can rule over me, is all. And this guy.... He ain't the type to just stop. No, he's not gonna stop until he has everything under his thumb."
" You ready?" Markus asked.
" Of course. Goenma?"
" Ready."
" Let's go!" Jinshi shouted.
[ Mystogan ost]
Markus and Jinshi together rushed, Terris, with Jinshi transforming all the way through his Zoan forms.
Markus and Jinshi, together started throwing consecutive blows at Terris.
Terris deflected each of their furious blows, with his staff, smacking each man's hand away from him before it even got close to his face.
" Heh!" Terris growled and smacked Jinshi across his face with his staff, sending him crashing into Markus, who caught the man in his arms and prevented him from going farther.
" Use your Breath attack!" Markus told the man.
Jinshi turned around in Markus' arms and opened his mouth. " BLACK LION ROAR!" Jinshi fired another shockwave out of his mouth.
Terris raised his hand and the ground below him raised up and took the blast. Completely neutralizing it, before it could hit Terris.
By the time the shockwave had destroyed the wall, Markus was already in Terris' face once again.
" KUROKEN!" Markus, channeling his haki, slammed his fist into Terris' staff.
' What pressure!' Terris remarked.
Markus knocked Terris off of his feet for the first time, sending him flying through the air.
*Swip!
Jinshi appeared behind Terris.
' Damn it.' Terris cursed.
" BLACK LION BREAKDOWN FIST!" Jinshi slammed Terris with a shockwave from his fist, point blank, blasting the man off balance, and knocking right back towards Markus like a ping pong ball.
Markus caught Terris by his waist and lifted him over his head. " Jaeger Bomb!" Markus slammed Terris down on his back, cracking the ground below him. He immediately let go of Terris and jumped away, as Jinshi lunged at him.
Without giving Terris even a moment to breathe, Jinshi raised his fists over his head. " BLACK LION'S JAW!" He slammed them both down on Terris's back as he tried to get up.
" Gah!" Terris grunted.
" Alright, now hit him!" Jinshi shouted as he jumped away.
Goenma was flying around in the sky above the men, the entire time. His arms had turned into wings of lightning, and his body became that of a massive eagle.
The entire time Markus and Jinshi were hammering Terris, Goenma was preparing his next attack to try and finish off Terris as fast as possible.
" Yes, thank you, you two! You've done enough. Now get back!" Goenma shouted. " I'm ready! Now, be judged by the seven stars themselves! THUNDER PALACE!"
Goenma placed seven large orbs in the sky, and upon his command, they all exploded, and a vicious barrage of lightning bolts rained down upon Terris.
" ROCK TOMB!" Terris slammed his hand on the ground and a giant sentinel, made of the earth rose out of the ground and protected Terris from the barrage of lightning bolts.
The bolts continued fired firing until everything within their perimeter had been completely blown away.
The dust cleared away and Terris' rock golem had been nearly destroyed, only the left half of the giant shield remained.
Markus and the others could feel that Terris was still alive in there.
* Crumble.
Slowly, pieces of rocks started falling off of the giant golem, until finally it collapsed completely and Terris stepped out into the light, suffering from a cuts and burns. But still nothing severe.
" Are you kidding me?" Markus muttered.
" We hit him with everything we had, and he barely has anything to show for it." Goenma stated. He did not like the look of that. Not one bit.
All Jinshi could do was grunt.
" Well... I have to say, that was quite the little combo attack, you all came up with on the spot. Truly amazing." Terris said to the men. His voice was calm and seemed almost uncaring, as if he wasn't bothered at all by what they had done. But then, the veins in his head flared to life and his eyes snapped open, full of rage. " That actually hurt. You actually hurt me! As a token of gratitude, let me show you what it looks like, when I GET SERIOUS!"

" HEAVENLY COLLAPSE!" Terris slammed his staff down, and the ground beneath Jinshi and the others split apart.
Markus and Jinshi fell in, having been completely caught off guard by the large hole in the ground suddenly opening up out of nowhere.
Goenma, transformed into his eagle form and tried to grab Jinshi and Markus before they fell to far in but.
" GROUND GLADIUS!" Terris raised his hand, and summoned a giant spike from the ground, launching it at Goenma, and stabbing the man through his side with it. The giant spike continued with Goenma on the front of it, soaring so high into the sky that the other people on the island could see it from afar.
" Damn it! This is insane!" Markus cursed. " Jinshi, your hand!" Markus shouted to the man. He stuck his arm out and Jinshi grabbed it.
" Moonwalk!" Markus started kicking the air below him to carry himself and Jinshi back up to the surface, but Terris had other plans.
" Giga Fall!" Terris shouted. The large amount of earth, that had been flung into the air, by Terris, quickly came back and rained down on Markus and Jinshi like meteors.
Markus and Jinshi dodged the rocks to the best of their ability. But they were quickly overrun by the sheer numbers that Terris commanded.
" I'm not done yet." Terris exclaimed. " EARTHS EMBRACE!" Terris reached out and through his connection with the very earth itself, Terris shifted the entire Island itself, and created a giant wave of earth, easily the size of a mountain and dropped it straight towards, Markus and the others.
Terris lives up to his epithet " THE ISLAND SMASHER!" How will Markus and the others make it out of this one? Find out next time!

Man guys, Markus and the others put in all the stops to take on Terris, and he brushed it off.
