Ezekiel taking Seraph's form eyed the ball, heading forward he slammed it twice the force towards the boundary claiming a four. Standing up he grinned elegantly.
"Ah~ Marvelous. Stunned are you Mr. handsome?" he chanted.
The middle schoolers grasping Seraph's sight being copied on the pitch stood holding in their laughter.
"Seeing myself act like this is indeed quite embarrassing." Seraph admitted embarrassed.
"Awesome! He is shape shifting like it's no big deal at all. First Adam then Heber and now Seraph. Is there even a limit to his illusions?" asked Orion intrigued.
"Who knows…" replied Aaron entertained.
"There is…" Elias whispered smiling.
The highschoolers glanced at him wondering. "You said that before as well. That he had flaws in his transformation too. What do you mean?" asked Ren curious.
"Everything has flaws and limits. And likewise, he has that too. He is still a child. You may think his illusions are perfect however, inside he is doing whatever he can to maintain them properly. He is indeed gifted in that way but still he would have a phase where he may get tired of it." Elias explained.
"You mean, it's exhausting to keep it up for this long?" asked Senri.
Elias agreed, "Yes it is. To think he is shape shifting again and again on top of it. Even if he has worked really hard to get to this point there must be a moment where he might feel worn-out."
"Seraph Awan, this time. Of course I am stunned to see your sight again. Didn't I just play with you a while ago?" Alan acknowledged beaming.
Seraph smiled back, "Yeah, you did. That's why I just came to help."
"Help hun? Sorry but you aren't helping me at all, Mr. Marvels." Alan headed back. Seraph eyeing him shook his head amused.
"I wonder who it will be now…" Azazel guessed hard. "There's no need to think so hard. It can be anyone of those whom Ezekiel had already played before." told Helios as Poseidon agreed.
"Really, I wonder if there would be me or Feng or even Kenzo?" Xavier speculated playfully.
"Who knows? Hey, what do you think coach Seles?" Heber looked above.
Seles who was busy writing in his diary looked back perplexed. "Hun? Pardon me what were you saying?" he pardoned smiling.
"And… he wasn't even listening." Feng rolled his eyes.
"Haha… I am sorry I was working over something. So, I didn't hear it. Tell me what were you asking?" Seles questioned.
"We were asking who do think will Ezekiel take form of next." Cassiel repeated. Seles thinking hard replied as the middle schoolers eyed him interested, "Hm… Helios maybe… Yeah, I think its Helios."
"Okay… and how are you so sure?" Xavier added curious.
"About that, I don't think I know. But, it's a gutsy feeling that it will be Helios. I can guarantee that." Seles replied poised.
"You look confident hun. Let's see." Gabriel smirked.
Alan tossing the ball blinked his eyes a second after another. "Drat, looks like I am really losing my vision rapidly. I can't see anything but colors now. I better hurry." he thought running towards the popping crease. Shifting his grip he aimed the ball outwards from the pitch.
Ezekiel grinned. Translucent mist surrounding him once more he stepped forth. "Boy~ It's futile… no matter whatever you throw at me, it's already countered…" he told, his voice changing into Helios's and a golden aura encircled around him.
Revealing an elegant flicker he whispered, "Pinnacle of perfection stage 2: Form of ultimate guard."
"Helios?" Alan deduced inconspicuously. Revealing his golden eyes Helios slammed the ball from his zone straight towards Alan who stopped it with his feet. "Close! I would've missed it." he thought taking a deep breath instantly grinning.
"Nice." Helios commented cleverly.
"Same back to you… Ezekiel." Alan replied standing straight.
Ezekiel hearing his words stood silent soon smiling in Helios's form.
The middle schoolers turned at Seles surprised. "How did you know?!" asked Feng and Adam together. Seles blinking his eyes chortled awkwardly, "Hehe… it was just a guess? I didn't thought it would turn out be accurate."
Kenzo peeking at him from the corner of his eye probed, "So, what's your next call?" Seles grasping Ezekiel's sight on the pitch wondered. "Poseidon maybe…" he guessed.
"Me?!" uttered Poseidon astonished. "But, isn't he a baller? How can Ezekiel copy him?" enquired Ryan.
"That's right, Poseidon, Gabriel or even Cassiel they all might be ballers however, their abilities aren't one way functioning. Ezekiel could use your abilities in his batting style. Do you get my point?" Seles enlightened.
"Ah… I never realized that before." Seraph comprehended as Helios and Xavier pondered grim. "Of course you won't since, he never did that before." Poseidon added worried.
"So what's with the look? Is it bad if he does that?" asked Ryan as Azazel and Heber eyed each other perplexed. "If it's a good thing or a bad one we don't know it for sure but, if he uses a new skill it might put a huge constraint on his body and that won't be good." Helios said.
"It's just a guess why are you taking it on your minds. What if he turns into someone else? Don't fret over something which has no exact chance of happening." Kenzo assured. "Yeah, it was just my guess. You all don't need to be worried." assured Seles as well.
Poseidon however, eyed Ezekiel nervously, "I don't know… this child sometimes goes beyond my expectations, which doesn't help but make me worried instead." he clutched his fists tightly.
Alan tossing the ball up and down looked at Ezekiel blurry figure taking Helios's illusion sweating heavily. "He looks rather exhausted. Up until now he has used more than four clones one after another. I wonder if he can keep up with it until the last two balls?" he wondered running forward.
Ezekiel seeing him approach stood straight. Smirking lightly, translucent mist once again surrounded him as his figure changed. Hairs white and eyes as blue as the sea, he smiled gently. "Alan…" he called out.
Alan stepped onto the crease recognizing the voice and about to ball however, Ezekiel whispered, "Gravity suppress form 2… Charm of paralysis…" Alan who was about to ball had paralyzed in his steps throwing the ball outside the pitch with an instant jolt. Tracing the blurry figure Alan questioned baffled, "I can't move...?"
The ball which was wide was caught by the wicketkeeper while Ezekiel took deep breaths exhausted in Poseidon's clone. The middle schoolers along with the high schoolers sat amazed and confused at the same time.
"It's really Poseidon now!" uttered Heber in disbelief while Poseidon stared dumbstruck. "Moreover, he is using his charm of paralysis on top of it!" whispered Ebraham and Claude taken aback.
"No… stop him." uttered Poseidon anxiously.
Xavier and Seraph along with Kenzo stood anxious. "Why? Is something wrong?" Feng inquired.
"He shouldn't use it at all. This move of Poseidon has taken a lot pressure on Ezekiel's body before as well. Since, he can't paralyze someone. And, if he doesn't do that, he might get paralyzed instead as a side effect of using it." Helios informed restless.
"Of course it will, because Ezekiel doesn't have one thing in him which Poseidon has and that's endurance." Gabriel understood.
"Hey, Eze, Eze don't use it! Or else you'll hurt yourself!" Adam warned as Ezekiel ignored. "Don't use it hun? Like hell I won't. Today I will use everything and tell vice-captain and captain to look at me for once! And help me become strong and I won't stop until I do it!" Ezekiel uttered resolved.
Alan paralyzed in the same stance smiled, "Killing yourself to prove that, won't do you good." Ezekiel hearing him clicked his tongue cross. "And, what the hell do you know?!" "Yeah, you're right. I don't know anything. But, you also don't know anything as well."
Alan smirked standing up little by little as his paralysis broke. "Tch!" Ezekiel tired harder to control however no use. Alan in the end stood straight defeating the charm of paralysis.
"Alan broke Poseidon's charm of Paralysis as well!" Aigou remarked amazed.
Elias smiling patted his head, "No, it's not that. The charm of paralysis Ezekiel used was nothing like Poseidon's."
"Huh?" asked Senri and Isa together.
"Just like Elias said before, changing clones one after another takes immense pressure on one's body eventually leaving it exhausted to the point one can't even move. That is one of the reasons why Ezekiel sleeps too much. And using abilities on top of it is also strength consuming. Since, Ezekiel used core abilities of all the clones he used starting from Adam, right now till Poseidon he is completely worn out." explained Nagi as Elias endorsed.
