Third person POV
At the same time, at the headquarters of the Imperial Demon Army, Guren was annoyed that Atsushi, his former recruit, and two other people from the Red Scarlet Army, was in collaboration with the Shinoa Squad. "W-What is this?"
"Sir, Yeager-san did this so…" one of his subordinates responded.
"So what?!"
"Sir, he did that so we could be more efficient in our missions against the vampires."
Guren was annoyed by it. "We can do that ourselves."
"Sorry, we had no idea why Yeager-san would send one of his squads to our side for a collaboration, or so what we could get information from him."
Because of that, Guren felt uneased by Yeager's doing.
Shinya then tried to tone things a bit by showing the benefits of a collaboration between factions.
But Guren couldn't be convinced.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the headquarters, Yuichiro heard something from the kitchen and ran towards it, only to see that Mitsuba and Shinoa are fighting and blaming each other for a frying pan on fire. Kimizuki, Yoichi, and the Basuki squad rushed to the scene, only to be chagrined by it.
"Seriously, guys?" Atsushi responded to this.
Then, Kimizuki decided to settle their dispute by cooking a Japanese omelet in a right way.
This did so, and Atsushi was amazed by his cooking skills.
So, he went and cooked instant noodles in the seafood flavor but adds an egg while it was being cooked.
Basuki also added an Indonesian breakfast dish as well.
Myeong made some hot tea as well.
So, both squads ate their delicious and diverse breakfast meal. All of them were happy and in high spirits. Yuichiro and Yoichi liked Atsushi's noodles, while Myeong liked Kimizuki's Japanese omelet. Atsushi had a cup of coffee with condensed milk as milk and sugar for it.
Shortly thereafter, the Shinoa squad talked about the possibility of Guren using them for the experiments of the Imperial Demon Army and him not being in their side. Yuichiro objected partially, while Atsushi remained silent, knowing what Guren did and would do in the future. Basuki and Myeong were intrigued by that possibility instead, wondering about Guren's true intentions.
