The next day Niya again woke up a bit later than usual. She lazily got ready to head to the academy. Today was no match or any other mandatory occasion for her to attend but the head instructor at the academy had called the best ten knights to the academy for an important announcement.
Recently, Ralph had moved up a rank and now he occupied the tenth-best knight rank he was going to go too. Last evening, they had made plans for Niya to go to his residence, and from there they both planned to head to the academy together.
When Niya reached Ralph's house, she saw that he was already on his horse and riding it toward hers and his butler was running behind him asking him to have breakfast before leaving.
Niya laughed at it. A seventy-year-old man was running behind a twenty years youngster asking him to have his breakfast as if he was some small child instead of an adult who was soon going to be enlisted in the army.
