The soldiers at Leh's palace might be trained especially by him but they were still nowhere near her level. Only Leh was the person currently inside the capital who could beat her. That only means that Niya must be extra careful otherwise if she were caught, she did not want to imagine the consequences of spying on a prince.
Although the crown prince too has a hand in it. He would have nothing to worry about as there is no proof of his being the instigator of Niya spying on Leh. After all the deal will be only made if Niya did manage to find something that is against Leh getting the throne.
