we arrived home and It was Midnight, Hanna was making the beds and I couldn't stop thinking about if I was ever gonna go to school. Yeah sure I was just accepted into the family and it would be asking a lot but I still wanted to see what actual school was like. I turned around to ask Hanna about it. "Hanna, can I ask you something?" I said, trying to sound excited. "Sure, what's up?" Hanna replied, tucking in the sheets. "Well, I was just wondering...do you think I could go to school? Like, an actual school?" Hanna paused and looked at me, a small smile on her face. "Of course, little guy. I was actually thinking about enrolling you in that school "Grand Line? I forgot the game but it's nearby. We just wanted to wait until you settled in a bit.". I had never been to a real school before, and the thought of learning new things made me feel intrigued. "Really? That's great!" I smiled fakely, making Hanna smile too. "When can I start?" Hanna chuckled at my "enthusiasm". "We'll start looking into it tomorrow, okay? For now, let's get some rest." I nodded and climbed into bed, my mind buzzing with thoughts of school. As I drifted off to sleep, I was woken up by the buzzing of the chip on my palm, I had a new target to kill who was convicted of armed robbery and shooting up a house which caused 3 people to get injured. Seriously? Hanna wasn't even sleeping yet...I debated whether or not to get up and fulfill my duty as an assassin, but the thought of school still lingered in my mind. I knew I couldn't ignore Dr. Levi's command, but didn't want to get up. I didn't want to disappoint Hanna, but I also didn't want to keep killing people. It was a lot for a kid to handle, but I knew it was my duty. I got up quietly and snuck out of the room, making it out of the house, I couldn't help but wonder if there was a way out of this life. Maybe going to school would give me a chance at a normal life, a life where I didn't have to constantly kill people. But for now, I had a job to do. I made my way to the target's location.
