Egon was engrossed in the Abilities of the device.
He totally forgot that he came with a car to school.
Although it wasn't a problem, after all it was a self driven car.
Egon scoffed, shifting his focus from the device back to Mega.
"What's there not to like? It's capable of doing things you could only dream of."
Unknown to him, Egon became the target of school bullies who had a score to settle. The alleyway he was walking into was dimly lit, filled with a pungent smell, reeking of urine.
The rusty metal doors on either side of the alley showed signs of wear and tear, depicting many years of neglect. There was no place to run, and the tall brick walls made it impossible to call for help from outside.
Leo, their cruel leader, had rallied his gang to plan their revenge against Egon's actions in school. Leo's thirst for retribution was
"Guy's I want you to break of his legs, he doesn't need them"
"Drake, Ben, Ray," Leo called out to his team.
"He's going to be passing this exact location. I want you guys to be ready for him. We must make him pay for the humiliation he caused us earlier today.".
"I don't want to embark on that silly mission. I know if we take down Egon that man would call off the survival mission" he added.
Drake had doubts" Are you sure he doesn't have abilities? He looked pretty much strong in our last battle I don't want to be humiliated twice"
"I'm not sure about this too, it seems a bit too extreme. Besides, he might have some abilities that we don't know about." Ray, who appeared to be considerate, raised concerns about the plan
"What's the matter with you? He's just a Languid. He can't defend himself here. He doesn't even have a Visceral channel! Are you all scared of some moves he picked up from martial arts?"
Leo scoffed and ridiculed Ray.
Ben and Ray, Leo's wingmen, readily agreed with Leo's assessment of Egon's defenselessness.
"What about the cameras? They're everywhere. We could get into serious trouble if we go ahead with this."
"All the bases are covered, dismiss your concerns. I assure you guys that I have taken care of the cameras through a well-orchestrated diversion.
Don't behave like cowards. I've got this under control." Leo confidently said
The group waited in the alleyway, hidden from Egon's view, with reduced breath, waiting for the arrival of their prey.
Leo's hostility could be seen in his looks.
As Egon walked closer, he was walking with a sense of excitement, not kno8 of the danger before him.
"Well...Well...Well! It seems we've finally met again," declared Leo as he and his crew prepared for a fight..
"Leo stop this! I'm not ready for your foolish games, I'm in no mood for them presently. Don't forget, I dealt with you before" warned Egon, attempting to intimidate Leo.
He realised that he had slim chances of winning if a fight broke out.
"Hey pal, can you activate attack mode? I'm currently stuck here," Egon calculated the most effective way of using his recently acquired gadget against Leo.

"This dude is crazy, he's going to get himself beat up just by talking to that stupid AI of his," one of them snickered.
"What do you mean by unlocking skills?" Egon inquired, lost in contemplation.
[Egon you could make use of a few features]
"Egon, calm down, there isn't any need for panicking. It would only raise fear in you." Mega Adviced.
"Why didn't you inform me of this earlier? What good is it to have shape shifting and other abilities? This isn't a game of artillery, it's about using Paranormal Abilities," Egon exclaimed irritably.
"This guy's are fucking nuclear bombs." Egon explained.
"Ok what is the fastest skill I can unlock at the moment"

Leo was very angry at what Egon was doing,
"I have provided you with ample time to demonstrate your worth, Egon, but it appears that I can no longer afford to wait," Leo growled, his voice brimming with anger..
"I think I'll start by ripping that device from your face!" With a quick blink to signal Ray, the message was clear.
Understanding Leo's intentions all too well, Ray sprang into action without a second thought.Ray darted over and materialised directly in front of Egon. Moving with expedience, he reached for Egon's eyes and forcefully removed his glasses by extending his arm and pulling them off.
Without hesitation, he tossed the glasses directly at Leo, who caught them and promptly smashed them onto the ground, causing them to shatter into numerous pieces.
"I hope that this will help you focus," Leo stated.
Egon stared at where the glasses were located. He quickly went there and all that remained off it were just the pieces.
"Ray! why did you have to do that?" Egon roared out.
"I barely just got that device. And it was my only chance of unlocking my powers. Now, you have ruined my future." Egon was angered, running towards Leo's direction.
"Egon, No! Don't act rashly. It's what he wants." Mega adviced, but it was too late.
"Mega had attempted to contact his uncle, but was unsuccessful. It was unknown to them that Uncle Rex had gone on an expedition and would be unreachable for some time."
"I wouldn't take shit anymore!" Egon shouted as he pushed himself back from the wall to gain some distance from the bullies.
The alleyway they were in was littered with trash and debris, and the walls were graffitied from top to bottom.
The dim light from a single streetlamp flickered on and off overhead, casting long, distorted shadows on the walls.
He took a deep breath, and his resolve hardened. He was no longer afraid; he was ready to fight and take a stand against these bullies. Egon charged forward, his footsteps echoing down the deserted alleyway. As he ran, he took in his surroundings - the narrow passage was lined with filthy brick walls and rusty metal doors on either side.
Before he could land a blow, Ray intercepted his attack by grabbing his outstretched arm just in time.
"Remember not to be too hasty when attacking your opponent. It's always wise to create a diversion first. Honestly, I'm a bit surprised to see a martial artist of your caliber fall for such a simple mistake." Egon mind wasn't at ease so his actions were irrational.
