Chapter 19 - The Extended Fight IV

Egon was in disbelief as he looked around at the disastrous scene before him. He was overwhelmed and shocked to think that a single fight could have such dire consequences. Being a reflective person, he could not help but ponder over the fact that every action has consequences, and nothing is insignificant.

Feeling a sense of unease, Egon spoke up with a mixture of confusion, sadness, and frustration. "Why do you seem to be aggravating this matter? As far as I knew, we had cleared up our issues about the earlier incident. We even agreed to work together. But why all this? Why did you have to kill your own friend?" he exclaimed.

Egon's questions hung in the air, challenging Leo to respond with an explanation for his seemingly irrational behavior.

Tears welled up in Egon's eyes, but he fought to hold them back, his voice choked with grief as he mourned the loss of Drake. "He was just trying to protect me. He didn't deserve to die," Egon uttered, filled with sorrow and a profound sense of loss.

Leo, however, found Egon's reaction amusing and laughed mockingly. "How can you cry more than the bereaved? You're quite pathetic, he broke my rules, and I made him paay that's just how things work," he retorted.

Ben and Ray looked at Leo in disbelief and whispered to each other, wondering what they had gotten themselves into.

It was clear that Leo was not the person they thought he was, and they knew that there was no way they could back out of the situation.

Leo's demeanor shifted abruptly, he said devoid of any seriousness as he declared, "I think I've had enough fun for now. Time to head home. This game has lost its charm." His nonchalance towards the gravity of the situation sent shivers down Ben and  Ray spines.

"It's time to finish you off, Egon. Too bad, I said I wasn't going to kill you. But now my bloodlust is fully activated," Leo declared.

"My clothes will be soaked with your blood" He reveled in the anticipation of violence, his tongue flicking across his lips in a disturbing display of sadistic pleasure.

Egon was still courageous, "I won't back down now; I'm going to kill you and feed your corpse to the dogs!" Egon proclaimed as he rose up on one leg, rejuvenated and ready for whatever came next.

Leo, taken aback by Egon's resilience, expressed his astonishment. "You always rise to the fight, no matter how many times you fall. But that's the trait of the weak. True courage comes from power, and unfortunately, you lack it," Leo emphasized.

He immediately stretched his hands forward and levitated Egon from the ground using telekinesis.

Mega tried to reach Leo and stop him from killing his master, but was vaporized instantly into thin air by a protective telekinetic shield around Leo's body.

Egon was lifted into mid-air, and Leo gradually clenched his fists, causing Egon to cry out in anguish.

"Mega! He can't die.. No... Stop... it's too much… stop," he screamed as he mourned the death of his best friend and companion. Memories from their childhood flooded his mind.

Egon was filled with immense hatred for Leo.

Leo continued to squish life out of him.

Egon's life force was slowly crushed by Leo's telekinetic grasp, his body felt as though it was being strangled, each breath becoming more labored. Leo's friends stood frozen in horror, their eyes wide with disbelief, witnessing Egon's torment and unable to intervene.

"If you want me to stop, all you have to do is beg for mercy," Leo taunted, his voice dripping with sadistic pleasure. His eyes glinted with a twisted delight as he reveled in his power over Egon. "Why act so strong when you can be my dog? I told you from the start that this would happen. But now, I don't want you as my dog - I want you dead!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with a chilling coldness.

Leo had come to a horrifying realization: letting Egon live might pose a threat to his own existence. Fear and desperation washed over him as he contemplated the potential danger Egon could unleash. The air crackled with tension as Leo's resolve hardened.

"Unfortunately, that ends today because you're not going to see tomorrow's morning sunshine," Leo declared, his words cutting through the air like a knife.

Ben and Ray, witnessing the escalating situation, could no longer stand idly by. The time for planning had ended, and they knew they had to take action. Locking eyes with determination, they silently communicated their decision. It was time to launch a surprise attack on Leo, hoping to catch him off guard while his focus was on Egon.

Ray, utilizing his formidable light abilities, darted towards Leo with breathtaking speed, ready to unleash his signature Ultra ray attack. The sheer power of his light rays could cut through even the strongest steel, aiming to incapacitate Leo.

Meanwhile, Ben, drawing upon his control over gravitational forces, intensified the pull around Egon, increasing the pressure tenfold. The hope was to incapacitate both Leo and Egon simultaneously, turning the tables in their favor.

However, their plan underestimated the extent of Leo's powers. Unbeknownst to them, Leo had keenly sensed their movements and was prepared for their attack.

As Ray and Ben closed in on Leo, they were met with an unexpected barrier, invisible to the naked eye. Leo had created a protective shield composed of minuscule fragments of Visceral metal, rendering their attack ineffective.

Leo's eyes gleamed with a mix of superiority and sadistic pleasure as he swiftly retaliated. He seized Ray and Ben, freezing them in their tracks, and lifted them alongside Egon.

"You can't fool me. I'm far wiser than you are. You really think those petty moves would take me out immediately? You're only fooling yourselves," Leo sneered, tightening his grip around their necks, making it increasingly difficult for them to breathe.

"I didn't want to kill you guys; otherwise, you'd be done for by now, just like Drake. But obviously, you haven't learned," Leo continued, his voice cold and devoid of any mercy.

With a cruel force, Leo dragged them closer to Egon, the pressure intensifying with each passing moment. The sheer gravitational pull began to take its toll on Egon's fragile body, causing his bones to groan under the strain.

As they were pulled closer together, their heads felt as if they might explode from the unbearable gravity. Egon's body, unable to withstand the immense pressure, started to crumble from within. Blood oozed from every part of his body, including his eyes, as his skin peeled away, revealing the raw bones underneath.

Leo seemed to derive sick pleasure from Egon's excruciating suffering. He reveled in the chaos he had created, behaving like a deranged psychopath.

Egon fought desperately, his screams of agony echoing through the air. But his efforts were futile, as consciousness slipped away bit by bit until finally, he succumbed to the overwhelming pain. His lifeless form hung limply, a stark contrast to the fierce determination he had shown moments before.

Leo, unsatisfied with the brevity of Egon's suffering, released his grip on Ray and Ben, his hand slowly descending. "I thought you'd put up more resistance before succumbing, just like your friend did. Too bad my playtime is over now," he sighed condescendingly.

"Maybe I should divert my attention towards you two instead... you'll make nice new pawns," Leo taunted, his words laced with a mocking tone.

As Leo prepared to turn his attention back to Ben and Ray, the realization of their dire situation hit them like a ton of bricks. They were trapped, deep in Leo's clutches, with no clear escape. Panic set in as they desperately searched for a plan, knowing that their fate hung in the balance, just as Egon's had.

But before either of them had the chance to react, something amazing happened…
