I woke up early that morning as usual, it was 4 in the morning currently.
I did a quick warmup and went out for some sightseeing.
I was jumping roof to roof with my enhanced and insanely compacted muscles, something that took me a whole painful day to do but it was worth it since my physical abilities increased manyfold allowing me to easily jump a distance of 10 meters without even trying.
Most of the people were still sleeping so I had free reign to jump around the city.
Musutafu didn't have much to see except for skyscrapers and the sea but since it was my first time coming here and since I was probably going to spend quite some time here I decided to get myself familiar with this place.
The only notable places in Musutafu mentioned in the anime were Takoba municipal beach park, Midoriya and well as todoroki's house, UA and Aldera high school where the bitchy blonde and bisexual broccoli studied.
After about two hours of sightseeing I went to have some breakfast.
I cloned 10000 yen from a random dude's wallet and went to eat some takoyaki.
After eating I went back to the abandoned building which I had by now converted into a decent room, it had a bed and a dining table, it was lit up by a single led lamp and had no telivision since I was too lazy to set it all up but the bed was extremely comfortable.
I pulled out my phone which I brought just today and went through the news.
With All Might gone crime was rising steadily and the heroes were trying their best to contain things and prevent further chaos but it was only a matter of time before everything blows up, all they need is just one little push to break this stalemate and the hero society would come toppling down.
I subconsciously smiled at the thought of that.
About an hour later I got ready and put on some casual clothes and walked to wards UA.
The gate automatically opened even though I didnt have an ID.
'It seems nezu knows I'm here.'
I walked into the building and up to the principal's office and knocked on the door.
"Come in." he said.
Inside the room were aizawa seated on the couch and nezu in his chair.
"We were just discussing about you, You will be in Aizawa's class. Here are your uniforms." He said as a robot brought two white bags and handed them to me.
"So when do I start?" I asked
"The first class is at 8, make sure to be on time." He said.
I turned around and left the office and headed to the changing room, after I was done changing I got out and noticed Aizawa standing outside with his back against the wall.
"Follow me to your classroom." He said with the same enthusiastic as always.
After I got to the classroom I noted that there were only 20 desks while with my addition there should be 21 desks so I asked Aizawa.
"Why are there only 20 desks while there should be 21 with me?" I asked
"How do you know that?" He said narrowing his eyes at me.
"I visited yesterday remember?" I answered.
He nodded and explained "One of the students recieved a serious injury and dropped out."
I just shrugged and took a seat at the back while Aizawa went to sleep in his caterpillar suit.
Lida came in some time later and visibly deflated at seeing that he wasn't the first one to arrive but quickly recovered and came up to me.
"Hey are you lost? This is class 1A." he asked
"No, I'm a transfer student."
"Oh, what's your name?" He asked
"That lazy hobo will introduce me." I said pointing at Aizawa.
"Hey it's rude to call your teacher like that-"
"I get it now just go." I cut him off too tired to deal with his bullshit so early in the morning.
Soon Momo came and just looked at me for a few seconds before quietly sitting down at her place, about 20 minutes later most of the people had come inside but one person was missing.
'It seems tail boy got kicked out.' I thought.
Once everyone was seated, Aizawa got up and stood behind his desk.
"Everyone unfortunately Mashirao Ojiro is no longer in our school." He announced.
Silence fell upon the class before Aizawa added.
"Due to an injury he had to drop out from our school. But we have a new transfer student with us." He said while motioning me to come forward.
I stood up and walked over to his desk.
"My name is Midas, hope to get along with all of you." I said and went back over to my seat.
"You all will be giving your provisional lisence exams next week so I want you all to train even harder this 1 week." Aizawa said.
Nobody said anything and just nodded a little, still sad about their friend leaving them.
Aizawa just rubbed his forehead and went outside and we sat there waiting for the next class.
After school everybody packed their things up and went to their dorms, I was in ojiro's previous room.
I didn't have many belongings in the first place so I just created a bed, a study table and a couch and threw my bag on it.
After changing into some lighter clothes I went down to the common area and saw everybody sitting on the couches or standing around the table, I walked closer and saw that they were on a video call with Ojiro.
"What happened man?" Kaminari asked
"I got attacked by a villain, I tried to defend myself but he was crazy strong and sliced off my leg." He said as he turned the camera to show the bandaged stump that used to be his leg.
"But don't worry I still got my tail so I can walk easily with its support but I won't be able to become a hero."
'This doesn't seem like something Nezu would do so somebody else had a hand in it, or I am just overthinking and he was just unlucky but the timing is too coincidental.'
Mina noticed my arrival and said "Ojiro this is Midas, he is the transfer student who replaced you."
I turned to the camera and said, "Hey, pleased to meet you, sorry about your leg."
"It's okay, I was just unlucky." he said
Then I went to the kitchen and took out some vegitables and beef to make beef stew.
By now the other students had finished talking and came over to the kitchen because of the smell.
"You know how to cook?" Ochako asked
I just nodded.
"What are you making it smells nice." Denki asked.
"Beef stew"
"That's so manly." Don't even need to see to know who said that.
Soon they dispersed and went to sit at the couch.
About 30 minutes later the food was ready and I took my portion and sat down on the couch.
"You all can eat as well if you want I made some for everyone." I said
"Really? thank you! I was starving." Toru said
soon everyone was gathered around the table, eating.
"So, what is your quirk?" Mina asked.
Everyone stopped eating for a second to hear my reply.
"It's aerokinesis." I said as I summoned a small tornado over my palm
"Isn't that Inasa's quirk?" Todoroki asked
"Who?" I asked
"He's a student from shiketsu high."
"I don't know but since no two quirks can be same there mush be a difference between our quirks." I said knowing very well that there was a difference, a very big one.
"Still one of our friends got hurt right below our noses and can't accomplish his dream of becoming a hero and we as aspiring heroes can do nothing about it." Midoriya who had been quiet till now spoke up.
'Great way to kill the mood you useless broccoli.'
"I didn't know this Ojiro really well but I'm assuming he was a close friend of yours, so I think the best way to honor his sacrifice would be to work hard and become strong heroes he would be proud of." I spouted random bullshit to raise the morale because if these kids are going to be around me most of the time, then I refuse to be surrounded by depressed idiots.
"Yes, Midas is right to make Ojiro proud we have to become great heroes and for that we must try our best, starting with the provincial lisence." surprisingly Todoroki was the one who said that.
"YES!!!" all of them shouted so hard I'm sure hound dog could have heard it from here.
After that we finished our dinner and went back to our rooms.
I barricaded the door and window and lied down on my bed, it's soft fabric pulling me down further into the bed.
"I don't regret building this bed one bit" I said to myself as I made myself comfortable.
"I should go meet her tomorrow." I thought and slowly drifted off to sleep.
