Shigeo POV:
*FWOOSH*
I dodged a bright orange pillar of flames shot up at me from the ground and looked down only to see another stream of hot orange flames coming towards me.
I molded the air to form a wind spear and threw it at the the center of the incoming flames causing an explosion that pushed me back slightly.
I cleared the smoke and saw a western dragon flying rushing at me, I snapped my fingers and a cage of thick iron bars encased around the dragon causing it to fall to the ground.
I quickly leaned back to dodge a bullet shot from somewhere down in the forest below.
"It's annoying how you all are hiding down there." I said as I spewed out a tsunami of flames at the forest below my feet, smoke covered the battlefield completely restricting one's vision.
I once again cleared the smoke and saw a giant some of cement, the area surrounding it was all turned to a barren wasteland, the dome uncovered to reveal a small chunk of the forest left untouched in the huge barren wasteland.
[3rd Person POV]
A few moments later ryukyu and endeavor rushed at Shigeo while snipe and best jeanist covered them by shooting projectiles.
"How annoying." Shigeo said as he shot a giant ball of compressed air forwards pushing back the bullets, endeavor, ryukyu as well as the fabric shot at him.
Ryukyu stabilised herself while endeavor crashed into the ground but almost instantly got back up again.
Suddenly, Shigeo felt his domain shrink by half and he found it slightly more difficult to control his quirk, although it wasn't much it was worrying so he quickly scanned the trees and spotted a man with messy hair and yellow glasses staring at him from behind a tree.
'Oh so that's why.' Shigeo thought and rushed towards Aizawa with a M911 pistol in hand and shot at him.
Aizawa hid behind a tree and mirko jumped out from Shigeo's right about to drop an axe kick on him.
He dived even lower and landed on the ground with a thud as a net of blue fabric dropped down on him from above, he spotted ryukyu and endeavor dropping down on him and mirko about to jump kick him from the front.
He grinned and his hand burst into flames as he slammed it into the ground sending out waves of flames in all directions, everything except endeavor was burned and he too was pushed back by the hot air and tumbling trees as the last patch of trees in the dry Wasteland was turned to ashes like the rest of the forest around it.
"YOU MANIAC JUST SURRENDER ALREADY!" Endeavor shouted as he got up from behind a half burnt tree trunk he was using as cover.
Shigeo grinned maliciously and shot blades of compressed air at him, endeavor flew up into the air and the tree trunk was diced into many parts.
Cementos was building walls around Shigeo to provide some cover and best jeanist was constantly sending out lines upon lines of fabric in an attempt to trap and bond Shigeo who just deflected them with a wave of his hand.
Helicopters were flying not far away from them, they had the logo of some well known news channels.
Shigeo created a two meter long metal spear with a sharp point and threw it at ryukyu, he boosted the spear with wind and fire as well as his superhuman lean but packed muscles.
"RYUKYU WATCH OUT!" Endeavor shouted
The spear pierced through the air without any resistance and reached ryukyu in the blink of an eye, she tried to dodge but due to her being in dragon form she got hit and the spear left a giant gaping hole in her stomach.
Her face contorted in pain and she quickly flew down to best jeanist who did some quick first aid and she flew to the nearby hospital tent set up not too long ago.
Meanwhile endeavor and mirko rushed at Shigeo who just stayed still in the air with a sadistic smile plastered on his face.
Suddenly he disappeared and appeared above mirko and threw an air boosted punch to her head, she used her arms to block but was still pummeled to the ground making a deep crater.
"Two down five more to go." Shigeo muttered as endeavor shouted.
"PROMINENCE BURN!" and a huge torrent of bright red flames rushed at Shigeo threatening to engulf him without leaving a single trace.
But before it could reach him all the flames gathered at a single point and took the form of a giant flaming tornado which made its way to where snipe, best jeanist, eraserhead and cementos were.
Cementos made a thick dome of cement but Shigeo turned it all to air causing them to flee, endeavor instead covered them by engaging him in close combat.
Shigeo dodged a punch aimed at his face and punched endeavor in the stomach at the speed of a bullet causing him to spit blood and bile.
Endeavor recovered and tried to knee Shigeo but Shigeo created a metal spear and stabbed endeavor's lung before he could even react.
Endeavor lodged the spear out and burned the wound shut but before he could launch another attack he was dragged down by the ankle by a heavy ball weighing hundreds of tons made of Tantalum Carbide attached to his leg by a thick chain made by the same material, he tried to melt it but it was very heat resistant.
Endeavor could only be dragged to the ground helplessly trying to hit Shigeo with flame blasts before he hit the ground but Shigeo dispersed the flames easily and endeavor made contact with the ground instantly decimating his legs and causing many more bones in his body to be broken. It was a miracle that he wasn't dead yet but he was certainly in a lot of pain.
Eraserhead, best jeanist, cementos and snipe were still being chased by the fiery 100 meter tall tornado, Ryukyu was still recovering, Endeavor was in a near death state and Mirko who had regained consciousness but had a broken arm and was bleeding from the forehead was forced to make a choice either to help endeavor and take him to the makeshift hospital but let Shigeo get away or chase after Shigeo risking leaving endeavor to die.
She grit her teeth and picked up endeavor and hopped over to the makeshift hospital as fast as she could.
Meanwhile Shigeo ignored them and continued flying at supersonic speed towards his destination.

Third person POV:
Shigeo Susumu ambush raid Command Center
"FUCK!" A man in the command center cursed as he slammed the table in front of him with his hands.
"7 PRO HEROES CAN'T A SINGLE KID, AND 4 OF THEM ARE FROM THE TOP 10 EVEN!" he continued
"This is a disgrace to the hero society, is this what we have fallen to?" someone commented.
"This is bad, the media was reporting the whole fight, now the heroes are being defamed on social media and the citizens are losing faith in the heroes." A woman reported.
"Damn it! Take down all the videos to minimise the damage immediately." one of the men standing on a raised podium at the back commanded.
Another man on the podium help his head and sighed "Japan's future is looking grim if only we had another beacon of hope like All Might."
"We got lucky with All Might, to get out of this situation we will need a miracle." a man near him said.
"Then we can only pray for a miracle." He said gazing solemnly at the screen showing mirko dragging Endeavor's barely recognisable body towards the hospital tent.
