"Kiiarrrhhh!"
As both Elsie and Kai were about to clash, they were interrupted by a loud scream.
"Uh."
"What?"
Kai, Elsie and the other night owls wondered if someone was under attack. They looked towards where the scream and found their answer.
"What the hell are those things." Kelvin voiced with his eyes wide.
"Are those corpses?" Lyon stated with a questioning look.
"No doubt about it, I can smell it from here." Kai said while covering his nose.
What they stood in their vision were citizens getting attacked and killed by what seemed like lifeless corpses. In other words, it was a Terrorist Attack.
"We're under attack." They all voiced out
"Where did this guy's come from? and didn't we hear of this." Elsie voiced out.
"The enemy must have a powerful warp magic user and got here instantly."
"Even if that's the case, there are also protection wizards here. Silver city is within the royal ring, which is protected by a barrier so this shouldn't be possible. Did the enemy break through, no that's unlikely." Lyon thought about various possibilities on how the enemy got within the barrier.
Whatever the case may be, they knew they were dealing with a pro.
"Hey! What the hell are we waiting, we have help." After shouting so, Kai dashed forward
"Kai wait, where are you going? we don't have enough info." Lyon called out.
"After saving the citizens, I'm going to find the culprit." Kai said so as he continued to run towards the zombies.
Kai appeared at the zombies location and used a fire spell to set the zombies ablaze. Upon the zombies death, Kai moved further into the city where he sensed the enemy's mana.
"Kai is right, we can to help until the magic knights arrive. We have split up, Kevin and Luna you guys take the east. Jason and Elsie, you guys take the west. I will follow." Lyon instructed.
Upon hearing his words, they nodded and split up and went towards their destination.

In the south part of Silver city, screams can be heard here and there as the city is set ablaze by explosions!! Who exactly is behind this and what is he after?
"Hahahahahaha kill, kill, kill, kill!!! I'm going to destroy this stupid kingdom that doesn't know my true worth." A man in his early twenties shouted with a crazy look as he summons his puppet zombies to terrorize the city.
He had long, messy, green hair and hazel eyes He wears a black bandages that covers his forehead and left eye with a white eye ornament on top of the latter. Similar bandages are also tightly wrapped around his neck with the tattered end dangles in front of him.
His attire consists of a dark red tank top with a right sleeve and trousers of similar color. In addition, he also wears an elbow sleeve and a glove on his left arm. Moreover, he wears a big belt around his waist with a strap attached to it on both sides.
He also wore a dark-colored bracelet on his right arm and two light-colored bracelets on his left arm and a pair of boots with two light-colored stripes on each of them. Lastly, He wears a tattered cape that covers his body. The cape is held together by a button on his right shoulder.
This was obviously the rogue mage that was attacking the city but his reasons remain unknown.
"Where did fuck did this freaks crawl out from?" A Mage voiced out as he and his subordinates attacked the zombies that was heading towards them.
But despite their efforts, the zombies kept running towards the mages even though they were getting attacked with various magic spells.
-" What the hell are this guys."
-" They look like beehives yet they are still coming."
Two mages voiced out in disbelief as they kept releasing spells.
"Calm yourself! This is our kingdom, we are going to protect...." Before the leader of the mages could finish he was rudely interrupted.
"Like hell you will, you are weak as fuck!! Now gone, scum." The rogue mage said with a crazed smile while unleashing his magic power.
"How dawn powerful is this guy?" The leader the mages mumbled with a look of disbelief.
Suddenly, the shadow of the rogue mage spread forth as he unleashed several dark creatures from his shadows and onto the streets of Silver city.
"Hyaaaaaaaaah."
The mages screamed as the zombies lunged towards them with their overwhelming numbers and tore through their flesh and ate their limbs.
"Hahaha, that's it my minions. Kill, eat and destroy anything that stands in your way." The rogue man said with a crazed look while laughing like a lunatic.
As the rogue mage spread chaos across the city, killing anyone who stood before him. It didn't matter if they were males, females, the elderly and even children, his zombies tore through them and feasted on their flesh. He shortly encountered a little girl who was left by herself and was hiding in a corner.
The rogue mage licked his lips in delight as he started walking towards the frightened little girl.
"Little lady, do you like the Fiona kingdom?" The rogue mage said with a creepy smile on his face.
"Yes, I do like it. Please don't hurt me." The little girl said with tears in her eyes.
"Well, I don't. That's why I'm going to destroy it all. This city, the people and even you too, you little shit." He said so with an intimidating look.
Then suddenly, a burst of flames sent the zombies flying though the air while incinerating them to ashes.
The rogue mage looked back at the sea of flames and saw a black silhouette walking towards him in the sea of flames. As the silhouette came closer, its appearance came to light.
What stood in the rogue mage line of vision was a young man who had spiky black hair and charcoal grey eyes. The noticable thing about him was that he was wearing a white scarf with scale like patterns around his neck.
"Hey! Don't you think you're too old to be scaring little kids." Kai said as his forehead twitched in anger.
Kai had encountered the enemy.
