With her sister-in-law coming over, Elena went to the kitchen to see if she would be able to add more dishes to the special dessert her mother brought to her.
"I think I will have to do a little shopping," Elena mumbled to herself while staring inside her refrigerator.
When she left the kitchen, she found her phone and called Mark as he had left their penthouse together with Mia to get a few things. Since her family were out, there was no need to outside so she sent her husband on an errand.
"My sister is coming over?" Mark asked to confirm. "Yes, and she will be joining us for lunch and probably dinner. She must be bored by herself."
Mark shook his head, "No one forced her to go into that marriage. I mean, I wish she had listened to us then, she wouldn't be going through all this now."
