Chereads / MHA: Bad Ass System / Chapter 2 - Chapter 1

Chapter 2 - Chapter 1

"My name is Bob, Bob Uchiha, and I'm going to be the next ninja king! Dattebayo!" That sentence summed up everything I felt at the moment. Well actually there was a little bit more fear, more existential dread, and sadness, but yeah let's just brush past those. Emotions are for people with time to process them, and that is something I sorely lack.

Time I mean. It was precious, especially while speaking to a man that could have you killed for a single stray thought. Khoman sat fingers interlaced as his eyes bore into my soul. Literally, after a moment of ponderous silence, he spoke. His voice was that of stones in a bag, or marbles inside a fine glass jar. It was also strangely melodic, and enchanting.

"Leodero Lazarus, you were chosen for two reasons." He didn't continue, and as I started to build the courage to ask he continued his voice, the water trickling through gaps in the stone, that of a river eroding a rock for perpetuity. "You have a high soul compatibility, and your name is alliterated."

He didn't blink, his starlit eyes staring through me once again. Then the burning started.

Sitting I started to ponder on just how fucked I was. I had something called the 'badass system' that gave me points for impressing people. I just had a small problem, I had no idea how to do that. I was a powerless person in a world of the powerful. I was 'special' just not the good kind. Closer to special needs. A Quirkless peon someone to be stepped upon. Or at least that is what the prior owner of this body had been told for his entire life.

[Host has yet to use his free ability voucher]

"Gacha is hell!"

[Host can always die if it wants to spurn the assistance of the system]

"Fuck it, spin the WHEEL!" I shouted the last part.

Light refracted, the slight sunbeams were collected before their color shifted, and a giant red white, and blue wheel appeared before me. A single bright yellow arrow stood at the apex, with flappers between each section. Grabbing the side I wrenched down, slipping lightly before righting myself a grimace on my face. This body was too pathetic, I needed to train it up, average looks, and a flabby body I needed something to draw the eye, something to make me look badass.

[Power Granted: Grue's Darkness(First Trigger)]

"Can powers be upgraded?"

[With points you can do many things, upgrading powers is one of those things.]

Understanding my powers flooded me, I now could create darkness that blocks sight, sound, and radio waves, yet I was unable to see it. I had a vague sense of where that darkness was, but I couldn't see it. Meaning I could see while anyone inside my cloud couldn't. The fog also makes it harder for enemies to move in it while masking my scent, and blocking certain types of powers.

Tapping my fingers against the wood of my bed I nodded, I could work with this. Now I just needed a weapon, the only problem being this wasn't America…

A crossbow would have to do. Now the only question is where can I find a crossbow? Did dick sporting goods ever go international? No, Basspro? Didn't matter, what mattered was keeping my identity hidden. Wearing an old ratty hoodie would work, laying a dark green one out onto my All-Might bedspread I rummaged through my drawers eventually finding some black jeans.

The jeans were patchy with slightly singed edges and a hole over the right knee. I 'remembered' when the jeans got this bad, fucking Bakugo and his shitty temper. Old me actually liked these pants, and they were ruined. Eventually deciding to go with Hobo-chic I grabbed an old pillow case and some duct tape. I had a single pair of shoes, that just wouldn't work.

Grabbing my wallet from the nightstand I leafed through it, 2600 yen or 25 dollars and some change. Should be enough for what I wanted. Train pass, check, phone check, knife not check. Can't change habits now that would raise red flags. Slipping into a cringe-worthy All-Might hoodie I waved to Izuku's mother and left.

Japan was strange, both the same and different from America. Somehow 200 years into the future everything looked the same. That must have disproved Moore's law, or we would have supercomputers or flying cars. Anything, instead the only thing that seems to have advanced in biology and the creation of robots. Or was that only UA that had robots? Didn't matter, all that mattered was looking cool, and not getting caught.

To do that I need something to cover my face, the shadow of the hood might work, but I would rather not take the risk. Entering the corner store I nodded to the cashier before taking an immediate left and walking to the back of the store. Sliding my hand across the glass an unfamiliar face, and eyes stared back at me. It took everything for me not to flinch, I was better looking than this. My hair wasn't as frizzy, and my eyes weren't beer bottle green.

The unfamiliar aches every time I take a deep breath, and the bruises that littered my body. The twiggy thin body that wasn't mine. I was larger, maybe a little too large, as broad as a man and a half, and of average height. Not fucking 5' 6 on a good day! I was taller than this in eighth grade.

The cold glass was a familiar comfort, walking past the door and using the handle to stop before pulling it open and grabbing an apple juice. Walking back to the front of the store I asked "Do you have those disposable medical masks? My mother needs some she's going to paint."

"Back right" he drawled, just done with life. I knew how it felt, sending him a gaze full of pity. I walked to the back and grabbed a box of masks. Bumping hands I ensured I had my hand on the box before glancing up. Fuck, face muscles cramped and I pulled the box out, wiped my sweaty palms on my pants, and handed it to her. I had to be nice or I might just get stabbed.

Smiling slightly I declined my head, smiled, and apologized, "I'm sorry, here ma'am." She grabbed it, sniffed, blushed, then smiled creepily, two fangs peeking out, catlike eyes staring into mine. She started to reach for something, so I had to do something. Raising my hand I poked one of her fangs, and asked "Blood-type quirk?"

Without waiting for her to answer I filed through Deku's knowledge banks over blood quirks and started to fake fanboy "Those are so cool? Are they sharp? Does it hurt to bit? Or is it some type of animal quirk with your eyes?" cringing away slightly I muttered an apology, like the ones Izuku would give Bakugou. The teary eyes, the cringing away as if expecting abuse, and the slumping in on himself.

Grabbing another box of masks I made for my escape, only to be met with an overly wide fang-filled smile. "You asked how much it hurts? Wanna try?"

Blushing slightly I went over my options. I could refuse and get killed, accept and have a chance to survive. Pros, get to try out that vampire blood pain fetish, cons she's crazy. Glancing up I smiled and nodded. Placing the box on the counter I paid, and left before Himiko walked me into an alleyway.

This was fucking stupid, 3, 2, 1 knife to the back? No, oh thank god. Turning I blushed, she was much better looking than any of the girls I had dated, "Be gentle, it's my first time" I quipped, the slight quaver in my voice more from expectation than fear at this point. Ready in case she moved my power roiled just under the skin.

Blonde hair whipped from side to side as she tilted her head, two messy buns flip-flopping. With a devilish smile on her face, she pulled a knife, my face flashed into a smirk, and in an instant, I exploded in a wave of roiling all consuming darkness. Throwing myself to the side I landed with a silent scream of exhilaration.

This was fun. Turning to run I smiled, the smoke didn't block scent instead it re-routed it to throw trackers off my trail. From my body currents of invisible wind caused my cloud to spiral and spin, shifting and hiding me from detection. Himiko's movements were stifled as my power blocked all of her senses, as well as her movement. Sluggish, and disoriented I managed to escape, an insane smile on my face.

Panting and out of breath I didn't let the smoke dissipate, and started to run using my smoke to guide me. That was another useful part of my ability, despite not being able to see it, I could sense it and thus sense where it isn't revealing my enemy. Wall hacks baby. It also worked as a pseudo-minimap. If I can sense the smoke I can feel what is in every direction, what streets go where.

Forced to drop my power, I pulled a mask out of the box and started to walk home. The adrenaline left and I shuddered slightly. I needed to think more, that was a stupid decision no matter how you looked at it. I shouldn't have waited for her to talk and immediately created a smoke cloud. I was thinking with my cock instead of my brain. Both of my lower brains thought it was a good idea.

Fucking teenage hormones, I really need to get myself under control. Plan everything out, and hope to god not to run into her again.

[You have impressed one named character and gained 1000 points]

"What can I buy with 1000 points?"

[Alot]

"Buy me a gacha."

[Power Accumulation

Description: Over time you accumulate a spark of power inside of yourself, said power can be used to enhance other abilities or physical strength. That spark will become a flame, the only question is now how far you can cultivate it?]

"Motherfucker."

Just like that a tiny ember appeared inside of me, slowly growing, pushing it to my finger. I felt the power accumulate yet no effects appeared. Did I not have enough energy? Collecting it all to a single point under my foot I leaned forward and let it explode, creating a burst of energy that knocked me to the ground. About the strength of a punch, fuck I really need to start training. Jogging I felt the ember pulse, and then it grew just the smallest amount.

Raising the hood, and righting the mask I created a shroud of smoke, just coating my body, silencing movement. Walking out of the alley I sauntered, each step oozing 'self-confidence' well in this case it was closer to arrogance. It was partially feigned arrogance, but arrogance nonetheless. I knew how weak I was, that's why I wanted a weapon. Something to protect myself with.

Stopping, I turned to the side and glanced up. The neon sign was off, yet the sign clearly read 5 Men Sporting Goods. Glass windows and door, walking to the door I placed my hand near center mass and collected all of the energy I had into a single cone on my hand and pushed it out. The door shattered silently, the smoke doing its job of muffling everything. Expanding the cloud to fill the building I sensed something vaguely crossbow shaped and walked over.

The store itself was eerie, I had never been in a store after closing. The lights were off, and every shadow seemed to move. Walking aisle to aisle I grabbed onto the largest crossbow there, and as many boxes of bolts as I could. Ripping one box open I placed the tip of the crossbow on the ground, and pulled, unable to draw the string I smirked and enhanced my arm with the stockpile, just getting the string behind the release mechanism.

Loading the bolt I walked over to the cash register, scanned an item, and opened it. "Nothing." I clicked my tongue before walking through my smoke. In my own silent world, I moved, every step closer to my house, closer to home, closer to a job well done. Stepping over the broken glass and through the shattered door, I felt something enter my smoke and threw myself forward.

A glowing card sailed through the open air, not even where I had been standing moments prior. Pointing the crossbow where the card had come from, I stalked through the night. Each step was a clumsy mess, emitting more smoke a shadow flickered from one shadow to another, still staring into the fog. Controlling the smoke I condensed it around me before I spoke, the smoke causing my words to come out mangled and terrifying.

"Who, Are, You"

"ME! Why EVIL DOER, YOU STAND BEFORE THE GREAT MAGICIAN, THE AMAZING WIZARD, THE MASTER BLASTER!!! DISCARD!"

Three cards blasted in my direction, and as the smoke exploded I dropped to the ground and rolled to the side. "WHO ARE YOU, DASTARDLY VILLAIN!!!" Standing I sprinted behind him before collecting the smoke into a single location, "I! AM! DARKNESS" Exploding again I snuck up behind him, infused the energy into a punch, and slammed my arm against the back of his head. A blue card landed at my foot and exploded sending me flying.

Coalescing the darkness into a fake figure I had it run in a circle around him before the smoke clone turned into two, then three, then ten of itself, slowly closing in on him. Still puffing that cloud I created a circle surrounding him and the clones before slowly bringing it in. Limping behind him I aimed. Within a pace I couldn't miss, as the quarrel pinned his right foot to the ground I brought a stone up, and slammed it down on the back of his head.

While disoriented I turned to run, condensing an orb of smoke over my assailant I smiled and dismissed most of the smoke from around me, leaving only a shadowy outline of me, my eyes flicked to a random window as I saw a head peeking out, phone in hand. Creating another smoke clone I sent it flying at the man before dissipating. He fell back screaming, and I just limped through the night eventually back to my house, the crossbow hidden under my bed.

I couldn't reload the crossbow without using my stockpile, that is what finally spurned me to start training. I started with squats, push-ups, and sit-ups. I then practiced drawing the crossbow as far as I could before slowly letting it back down. I couldn't do much, but it was only a start. Hours passed and notifications kept popping up.

[You have terrified one civilian: .1 points]

It had to be a video somewhere having gone viral. Well, 'viral' but it was still great, more points meant more power, and more power meant I was safer and could have more fun. All Might hoodie on, I sprinted to the beach. Grabbing some trash I walked it to the side before returning and starting again. It was hard, and I could barely lift anything but I couldn't stand to be this weak any longer.

I was a big man before, strong and tall now I was a short shrimp. I started with a broken microwave, then a toaster, then some shattered boards. When I got home I got Inko to buy me some grip strength trainers, and resistance bands to practice drawing the bow. On school days I waited until after school to train. The grip strength trainer though I was able to use nearly constantly.

Starting with the five-pounder, then going to the ten, and finally reaching the fifteen before school ended. I never met All Might, Bakugo was saved from the sludge villain, and the summer started.

Hauling a mini fridge over my head, I stumbled before dropping it. Sweat poured off of my face in waves. The sun beat down upon me like I was a redheaded stepchild, and he was slightly drunk. Falling to my back I smiled at the points counter and opened the shop menu. Searching through the perks and skills section I found three that would optimize my point generation.

[Perk Purchased: Powerful Posing

[Power Purchased: Cosmetic Shapeshift

After purchasing them I changed my face to be like those K-pop models. I had been wearing face masks for a while now, so I could chalk it up to exercise and puberty. I made my hair a little straighter and made my hair a darker shade of green. Insteastead of having the bush cut I straightened my hair, then shook my head and gave them a slight curve. Now I was looking like an anime protagonist! Making my eyes a lighter shade of green I started to work out again.

"THE GRIND IS ETERNAL!!!"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!! IT'S MIDNIGHT YOU FUCKING PSYCHOPATH!"

"CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP!!! THE GRIND IS LIKE THE DAO!!! ETERNAL!!!!!!"

"I'M CALLING THE COPS!!!"

"YOUTH!!!!! YOSH!!!!! I'LL BURN DOWN YOUR HOUSE IF YOU DO OLD BASTARD!!!"

"DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!"

Lifting a bar of rebar over my head I started to swing it like a sword. The next day I started to train like normal, I started like normal, climbing to my roof, and jumping off. Landing on my neighbor's roof I ran across, jumped to the next roof, then dropped down to a lower house with a roll. Ending at the beach I started my daily lifting, I learned that the mini fridge was the perfect weight for me to squat, and a microwave stuffed full of metal was perfect for bench and military press.

"THE GRIND IS ON!!!" I screamed before picking up the resistance bands, stepping on them, and starting to practice by pulling them up. Next, I grabbed both sides with a hand and started to pull them apart, doing squats at the same time "YOSH! YOSH! YOSH! YOSH! YOSHI!" Believe it or not, it helped, acting like an idiot got my mind off the pain of working out. Unlike a normal day, two other people came to the beach.

A scrawny homeless looking blonde dude, and a double D bombshell blonde, turning my music up I grabbed the rebar and started to swing again. "MR I'LL MAKE A MAN OUT OF YOUUU"

"TRANQUIL AS A FOREST! BUT ON FIRE WITHIN"

"ONCE YOU FIND YOUR CENTER, YOU ARE SURE TO WIN!"

"YOU'RE A SPINELESS PALE PATHETIC LOT!"

"SOMEHOW I'LL MAKE A MAN OUT OF YOU!"

"COURSING RIVER ALL THE FORCE OF A GREAT TYPHOON WITH ALL THE STRENGTH OF A RAGING FIRE MYSTERIOUS AS THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON! TIME IS RACING TOWARDS US TILL THE HUNS ARRIVE, HEED MY EVERY ORDER, AND YOU MIGHT SURVIVE, YOU ARE UNSUITED FOR THE RAGE OF WAR SO PACK UP AND GO HOME YOUR THROUGH! HOW COULD I MAKE A MAN OUT OF YOU!! BE A MAN! YOU MUST BE SWIFT AS A COURSING RIVER, WITH ALL THE STRENGTH OF A GREAT TYPHOON!!! MYSTERIOUS AS THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON!!"

Bobbing my head with crackhead energy I swung the stick down again and went to my backpack. Pulling out my crossbow—yes it's stolen but there are thousands of this brand in the city alone and it isn't illegal to own—and strapping a quiver to my thigh. Stepping on the metal reload footrest I pulled back, and placed an arrow on the string. Walking to the center of a little mini range of trash I aimed for a cardboard box, fired hitting the bullseye, reloaded in about three seconds, and fired at another box.

I would have to keep multiple crossbows if I was going to use them for any actual hero/villian work. Using a reloader I pulled the string back, placed a bolt-on, and turned before firing into another target. What was "anime main character talent"? This was the anime's main character's talent! I learned how to use a crossbow in like three weeks and I was good already! I had tried to earn archery in my past life and failed miserably even after six months of practice.

Retrieving my bolts and resetting the targets I went through another set, then another, then another before I put everything back in my backpack and started hauling another piece of trash. Glancing at the group of two just staring at me in disbelief I just tilted my head, and body and waved, the blonde girl blushed, and Smol-Might gave me a thumbs up with a smile.

"Hey, you've been coming here for a while right?" the blonde chick I knew I should remember asking.

"Yeah, since before summer break, why did you start?" I asked, not out of genuine interest I already knew the reason after all, but only to see what she would say.

"I'm going to go to UA, and become the next symbol of peace!" She spoke with such conviction and a sparkle in her eye.

"Hmm, nice" I nodded noncommittally.

"So why did you start exercising?"

"I'm going to be the first quirkless hero to reach the top 10." I smiled at the shocked expression on her face, and the twinkle in her eye growing bigger. It was strange, a girl started a conversation with me. Normally I have to approach them. "That's Amazing!" She squealed before bouncing away and shouting "I believe in you!"

Going back to training I dropped onto my butt and got into a meditation pose before channeling my stockpiled energy through my body. It grew faster this way, and my body seemed to get stronger faster by doing this. Now with better control and power, I was able to enhance my entire body by about 15% above base strength. The ability itself was still invisible, and that's great. The longer it stays invisible the longer I can use it without getting caught.

Why the fuck would I actually be a quirkless hero? Nah, I just have to seem like a badass not actually be a badass. Pull some Batman-type shit and kick ass.

"Hey, can you spot me?" Melissa asked.

"Sure"

Standing atop the bank I spoke into the earpiece, "I am in position." My voice was a silent snarl, the screams of the dying, and the scratch of nails on the chalkboard. The voice that spoke through my earbud was light, and just a little bit hyper "I have hacked the security cameras, they are looped. 3, 2, now that the security system was disabled, silent alarm, got it, start in 3, 2, 1 now."

The posing perk kicked in as I placed my hand upon the entrance of the air vent, then a cloud of pure darkness expanded, and a slightly mad chuckle echoed from my throat.

"I am in position." Gentle affirmed before I spoke again, "The smoke should be ready, Now!"

Stepping into the bank Gentle spun his cane as pure darkness fell from the ceiling and covered every wall, blocking the sight of the guards, and incapacitating the tellers. The dichotomy between the darkness of Darkday's smoke, and the marble pillars of the bank created a great ambiance. The complete silence except for the slightly ragged breathing of Gentle, even the click of his shoes was silenced.

He started with the security guard, zip-tying his arms, and whispering in his ear "Don't resist," standing he moved to the next guard, then smashed the teller's window, and tied the hands of each of the tellers. Falling through the darkness of the ceiling I dropped the smoke on each of the civilians, and tellers' heads before speaking in that same raspy broken voice, "All of you, to the corner, we want your money, not your life." Chuckling darkly I turned and aimed the crossbow door "If you resist, I can't guarantee your safety."

Each word was melodic yet broken, an even soft tempo that ripped into the ears of anyone who would listen. An earworm that just wouldn't leave, that voice wasn't human, it couldn't be. Staring out of the front door as Gentle looted the building I posed, waiting realistically no one should be coming, but I wouldn't be that lucky.

Sprinting into the bank a blonde boy wearing a white jumpsuit with the number one million on his chest ran into the doorway. The air instead of letting him pass stretched like elastic before flinging him back. He then tried to phase through the wall, but the darkness blocked him. "Gentle, release the barrier."

The darkness shifted, letting a single beam of light open, Lemillion entered through the door, and he screamed "Surrender Villain!"

"Oooh, LittLe HeRo, You EnteRed My Domain." I started to walk circling around him, each step silent, yet he watched. The darkness grew and grew to create an arena for us before it shot inwards blocking everyone's sight. Raising the crossbow I fired, and he somehow ducked the bolt despite all of his senses being blocked.

Reloading I circled around him and fired another bolt, this time twisted and punched the bolt to the side. Creating a small channel to his ear I spoke, "You RealLy aRe CoOl LemIlIoN."

Past

The plan for this heist had started five days ago when I received my first quest. I planned to just train, and train until I could take the entrance exam, yet fate had other things in store for me. I needed money so of course, I had to do the normal villain thing and rob a bank. Being the newbie villain I was, I knew next to nothing about robbing a bank.

So I did my research, the average money in the till at a bank before they put it in the vault, the guard schedules, and when the planned patrol routes of the entire city's heroes aren't in the area. That time was 6:36 pm. With The time and date set, I just needed a crew. Someone to work with, someone I could trust to not fuck me over. The only ones that came to mind were Gentle Criminal, and La' Brava, they were mainly in it for the fame and the idea of being a villain. They also tried not to hurt people as a matter of course, actually, that might have been a fanfiction thing, but they were my only real option.

I didn't remember where they would meet, but I did remember the name of the tea he loved to drink, and that his favorite cafe was the only one to serve it. Golden Tips something, through some quick Google action I discovered it was named Golden Tips Imperial, and that the only cafe that sold it in the prefecture was a little over three miles away.

Trolling youtube until I found one of their videos I created another account, left my house, and connected to a corner store's free wifi before commenting.

[Dd: Hello, is this the official Gentle Criminal youtube channel, if so please respond. I have a quirk that would allow you to pull off some more flamboyant heists, as well as having experience in video editing that your team seems to sorely need.]

A text came in a moment later, and I just sighed.

[La Brava: Izuku Midoriya, Quirkless?]

My heart nearly stopped before I came up with a solution… Meme until you think of a better plan.

[Izuku: The reports of my quirklessness have been greatly exaggerated]

[Izuku: just another layer of obfuscation from my identity I borrowed this phone from him without asking, see Picture.jpg]

Having sent a photo with pale skin, long straight dark brown hair, and piercing sapphire blue eyes with a hand covering my lower face, I smirked. That power was coming in clutch as hell.

[Izuku: Oh, I'll return his phone by the way, I just didn't want you to discover my identity yet]

[La Brava: Good, let's set up a meeting, you can show us your quirk… see if you will make a good addition to the team]

[Izuku: Golden Bay Tea?]

[La Brava: In an hour.]

[Izuku: I'll be there]

Slipping a mask over my face, I started to change the small details making my mouth slightly larger, teeth sharper, cheekbones sharper, and my jaw more defined, the skin a deathly pale. Cleaning up my hair, I made this a preset, changed back into Izuku, changed into a black shirt, and that same ratty green hoodie before pressing a hat onto my head and leaving. Shifting back into the other form I was going to call Leodero I changed my gate, and posture making it more suave and self-assured.

Leaning against a light pole outside of the cafe tea shop-whatever I waited

Present

"Watch where you aim that Lemillion, you could hurt the people you are sworn to protect. Reloading the crossbow I chuckled, letting the sound echo through the building.

[You have terrified 12 people: 120 points]

[One person now Idolizes you: 100 points]

The fog spiraled before condensing as a mist just under our feet. Lemillion spun before launching himself in my direction, unable to phase I expanded the fog around me, dropped pronely, and created another fog clone on the opposite side of the room creating a channel for my voice to travel through I shouted, "I am Darkness Lemillion, you will Never Catch me"

Creating another after dispersing the first I made all of the fog spirals before I dispersed the second and stood cloaked in darkness and took a step forward.

[Points +10 * 29 viewers]

Exploding with fog I sprinted forward, and around before firing an arrow into the ground and screaming to Gentle, "Barrier!" as he made the air around Lemillion into a barrier I dismissed all the smoke except for the part in the barrier. I turned to the civilians and bowed overly theatrically before Gentle walked to my side, and we left the building. Deactivating my 'full cowl' I caught my breath while walking beside Gentle.

His physical conditioning was much better than mine despite his old age.

"That was really lucky" I commented idly.

"Indubitably, one question though, why didn't he use his quirk?"

"Oh, his quirk lets him phase through objects, but my fog blocks abilities like that, so he was basically quirkless, blind, and deaf. He would have kicked my ass if he could see", a mumbled curse over the line before I asked "La Brava?"

"Are you alright my dear?" Gentle queried, a slight panic entering his voice.

"Someone's coming Gentle, there's a hero who has some type of scarf around his neck, I can't find anything about him, he's an underground or vigilante."

"Is he wearing golden goggles?" I inquired idly.

"Yes"

"It's Eraserhead, he can erase quirks by sight"

"He's powerful," I commented before cloaking myself in Dark-Fog ", and you might want to use your quirk on Gentle when he gets here, he might need it."

That was another thing we discovered in the past five days, she could use her quirk at any distance, the only limitation being hearing. When I deafened Gentle he couldn't get the power boost, it was strange yet so was the ability to create interdimensional darkness that blocks powers.

Reaching into my pocket I pulled out a handle and flicked it, the collapsible baton an unfamiliar weight. It was lighter than the rebar and smaller as well. With a flared tip perfect to beat someone's skull in with. With the crossbow in my left hand, and the stick in my right I prepared myself, then I realized I forgot to reload my crossbow in the heat of the moment and started to reload when Eraserhead flung himself around the corner, I needed to do something.

Sending my mist forward it expanded blinding him, "The ground please."

As Eraserhead took a step forward blinded he slipped slightly righted himself and was just about to kick off as the ground beneath his feet gave before it launched him forward, "Air barrier" Flying face first into the barrier I finished reloading the crossbow before walking forward, and raising my crossbow, Aizawa rolled to the side, and spun to his feet before flailing into the darkness with his scarf.

"Let's just leave" Turning to walk away I made sure to fire a bolt into the ground in front of him before leaving. Eventually dropping my smoke completely I laughed before turning to Gentle, "How much did we make?"

"About a million Yen."

"Damn, that's more than I—Fuck that's a lot of money."

"Tut tut tut, what did I say about cursing young man." He spoke not really admonishing, just poking fun. "I'll send you the footage when I get home."

Past

"I believe I could be of great help, my quirk allows for me to generate a black mist that blocks all senses, and electronics, it can also record from any particle of the smoke that can then be transferred into a thumb drive."

Floating a single particle of smoke around me I make believe that the smoke actually recorded it while using my Clip It power.

Present

Four Hundred thousand yen richer, I sauntered to a random internet cafe and sent them the files before shapeshifting in an alley and changing back into casual clothes before walking home. When I plugged everything into my computer I opened a VPN and went over to the American internet before going to The Pirate Bay and downloading Adobe After Effects. Cracking my knuckles I got to work editing the VMV I was going to upload to youtube.
