"Ruler of The Multiverse, that sounds quite cool to me."
Vain stood upright, his sacred and beautiful silver eyes shimmering with starlight.
At this moment, he was gazing at the river of time he had reconstructed.
Essentially, no existence can survive outside the river of time that constantly "nourishes" their origin, soul, and body.
Yet even Vain himself remained bound by time.
This was precisely what he sought to accomplish.
Freedom from the bonds of time.
But how? Even I don't know.
"Sera, does the Library of Omnipotent record anything about this?" Vain asked.
[No. Breaking free from the constraints of time is a unique trial for Beyonders themselves. According to the records, transcending the bonds of time means detaching from the world itself, including any emotions and feelings left behind. This is why, no matter how powerful a Beyonder becomes, they impose these constraints up to the very source of power, Master.]
"Then, do you have any ideas about this?"
[Yes... But it will take quite some time.]
"Hmmph! I am the one who has the most time in this entire multiverse!"
[There is one method—to directly divide Master's origin soul. However, this is highly risky. If the Avatar you create dies, you will die as well.]
Sera transformed into a humanoid form, looking at Vain skeptically.
Her long, jade-like fingers gently caressed Vain's cheek.
[I'm sorry, but I don't want to lose you.]
Vain softly held her hand, her touch still lingering on his cheek as he spoke gently.
"Don't worry. Trust me. Whatever happens, I will return. You are my family. I won't leave you for long."
He gave Sera a loving kiss on her forehead.
""Well then, goodbye. Send my regards to Theresia and the others."" Vain released her hand, stepped back, and began the process.
His perfect body started to disintegrate bit by bit.
There was no pain, only a deep sense of loneliness and solitude in reflection.
Was this the right decision?
No one could say.
He was merely acting on what he believed to be the best choice.
He knew this choice had to be made if he wanted to progress.
""Ah, so this is what death feels like.""
Vain groaned, wishing to hasten the process, but he could only wait.
He could, after all, control life and death at will.
Even in his previous life, he had faced true death.
But back then, it happened instantly, without him feeling a thing.
Now, this was a valuable experience he would always remember.
""I will mark this as the beginning of an extraordinary journey!""
Now his body was no longer bound.
Only his soul and origin remained.
Vain extended his "hand," a collection of the purest and most radiant soul energy.
He divided himself into nine life forms.
Nine life forms that were "him," yet not "him."
I am you, but you are not me.
A hierarchy was firmly imprinted within the origin of these nine life forms.
For inherently, I am the Creator, and you are the Created.
His free right hand pointed at one of the life forms he had created.
""From now on, you are Aeolus, the Creator. The Supreme Ruler of Good and Evil. The Light in Darkness. The Darkness within Light. The Illuminator. The Lantern that guides the lost toward the path of truth. The Bearer of the Lantern of Truth...""
After a brief proclamation, Vain released this life form.
A bright light radiated from this being.
Like a star, it illuminated the entire river of time.
That starlight entered the domain of Universe 2.0, shining upon the cosmos.
This life form, named Aeolus, now assumed the codename "000000," replacing Zeno, the original supreme ruler of Universe 2.0.
Before proceeding, Vain looked at his creations so far.
All of them stood above the river of time, above all existing universes.
Dimension Zero.
The place where the Heavenly Domain and other domains resided.
Universe 2.0.
Dozens of systems managed everything.
The Tower of Gods.
A structure designed for mass-producing deities.
Infinite World.
A beloved land for the Celestials.
And more.
All of it existed because I willed it into being.
The multiverse itself was born from my desires.
Vain continued.
""You are Arov, the Creator. The Sinner. The Abyssal God. The Demon God. The Bearer of Fortune...""
The second life form radiated brightly, dancing in Vain's grasp before flying toward Dimension Zero and entering the quiet, dark Abyss.
""Your name is Altheon, the Creator. The Ultimate Hero. Living to protect and be protected. The Bringer of Hope. A God to worshippers, a Demon to the vile...""
Vain caressed the third life form.
This being glowed brilliantly, illuminating the entire river of time and its contents.
Soon, the third life form swam through the void and reached Infinite World.
The infinite skies of Infinite World, once lit by a massive sun, began to dim.
Not dim in the literal sense, but obscured by the grandeur of the starlight.
The Celestials created by Vain gazed blankly at the sky.
What they felt was a familiar sensation of their Creator.
"This! The Creator has descended His will!"
All the Celestials prostrated toward the heavens.
That falling star headed toward an unknown place and disappeared.
The Celestials immediately prayed and made wishes, hoping they might soon come true.
Vain turned his attention to the fourth life form, which was a little different.
This being carried a concept Vain desired deeply.
A warm smile spread across Vain's face.
""You are Ascarioneth, the Creator. The Pioneer of Eternal Change. The Transcender. The Infinite. The Bringer of Transformation... I hope you will lead all existence toward the change you create. I have high hopes for you.""
The fourth life form nodded as if understanding Vain's intent.
This being flew gently, not illuminating the entire river of time like the others.
Simple yet flawless, this eternal pioneer remained low-profile, slowly flying with its small strength.
Bit by bit, it left the multiverse where Vain and the others resided, leaving them forever.
Heading toward the Endless Void, an uninhabited, neutral expanse.
The tenacity of this life form was so immense that it illuminated the edge of the Endless Void.
Every existence that "saw" it stood still, refraining from attacking this life form.
It was as if they saw themselves—weak and struggling alone in the Endless Void.
Some even cheered for this small being.
But none intervened, knowing it would ruin the life form's effort.
One by one, they departed from this small life form, allowing its unique existence to continue its journey.
Some also offered protection for the fourth life form, freely given.
Vain observed from within, hidden by Ascarioneth's strong will, making himself (possibly?) unseen.
He shuddered at the beings inhabiting the Endless Void.
Among them, he noticed another Beyonder, like himself.
That Beyonder also glanced at him briefly.
It seemed aware that this was Vain's "rite of passage" and extended its protection.
""Thank you, if you can hear me,"" Vain thought.
Turning his gaze back to his palm, he realized he had sent forth four life forms.
Vain called for Sera.
She approached him, standing by his side.
Sera was slightly saddened to see Arov, now formless.
Vain merely smiled and handed her the remaining life forms he had created.
""Take these. You have the right to decide what to do with them.""
Sera smiled immediately and quickly reached for the life forms.
But Vain stopped her, already guessing her intentions.
""I will not allow you to use them for 'personal' purposes. Never keep them. One day, let these life forms go and seek the truth.""
Vain stroked Sera's head and embraced her before his body faded and disappeared.
[I love you.]
This declaration was in vain; there was no response.
So, what would happen to Aegis Fou Fandells?
Don't worry. It's merely a puppet, so Aegis will survive.
Is that so?
Perhaps.
But the most important thing is...
Vain is dead.
Sera felt an eerie silence enveloping her.
She noticed a small gem.
Sera picked it up, transforming the small gem into a ring.
She wore it.
Now, Sera was the supreme ruler of this multiverse.
A strong presence emerged behind Sera.
It was the Transcendent.
As part of Vain's innermost thoughts and heart, it should have died.
Yet somehow, the Transcendent remained.
Quite pitiful.
Sera immediately spoke.
[Will you not follow your Master?]
Master? I am a part of His greatness. You have no right to say anything about what I wish to do.
Sera stared at him coldly.
She knew that if this being didn't die or follow Vain's actions, everything Vain had done would be in vain.
That look is enough. Don't worry, I will leave this world as well.
The Transcendent's humanoid body began to disintegrate, just like Vain's.
Send my regards to...
The Transcendent was dead.
End.

[Hi, this is the author of *My Race Are Superior*. I deeply apologize to the loyal readers who have supported me. I've been absent for quite a while (1 year 💀) due to my device being slightly damaged 🤏, so there haven't been any updates recently. Besides, this is the final draft I forgot to upload. I sincerely apologize once again 🙇♂️.]
Q: Author, is this story truly over?
A: Yes and no. For now, it will temporarily end. Did you notice the life forms that Vain dispersed? Aeolus, Arov, Altheon, and Ascarioneth—they are the protagonists of the upcoming books. Of course, their stories will be connected to MC Vain's story in the future. Once their books conclude, Vain's story will automatically continue.
I will also present an even better story for Vain moving forward.
(Note: Aegis' story might also be explored starting now, but don't set your expectations too high regarding updates, as this is just for fun moving forward.)
If there's anything else you want to ask, feel free to comment in the comment section, or you can email me on Gmail.
Once again, I extend my deepest thanks.
Sincerely, Dimensional Eater.
