There was a long list of reasons why she had to do things the way that she had done them so far.
It was not the Spirits or Evil Spirits that had created such a result but it was the result of the actions of humans who were Watchers.
Even though it was the people who were Watchers that had a negative influence over her life and caused it to spiral downward, it was not the Watchers or Balancers who had been who she had ended up targeting.
The problem with that was that they were far more difficult to find than Spirits and it was far more difficult to identify how powerful each Balancer was.
It was like searching for a needle in a haystack to find one Watcher or Balancer among the many humans living all around the country.
There were very few ways to identify if any Balancers had a higher Life Energy capacity than others or they were in the possession of an ability of some kind.
